I didn't go to Jared myself and I don't know how the service was or anything else. But, I do know that I love my ring and my fiance seems to be satisfied with the service.

Do not take your business to Jared! They do not have custom rings, you find the same Jared rings on every other bride! They also take advantage of their financial services and conveniently forget to include details of their 12 month no interest program, next thing you know you have a 22% interest rate because "they forgot to ask you for the 20% deposit within 30 days". Really slimy business, not professional at all and I have experienced this at more than one location. I will never do business there again.
