Be careful when booking.
Be very careful when booking with this company. I won a free engagement shoot from a bridal show raffle on January 9th. The owner contacted me to get the session set up and I was so excited! I should’ve known from the first missed meeting without any form of communication to thread lightly but I did not. I went on to set up a day and time for our engagement photos and Janelle cancelled on me same day February 27th at 1:45am. My photo shoot was supposed to happen at 4pm this day. She claimed to have Covid but she missed our first zoom meeting for this same reason on January 21st. I’m not sure what to believe. I prepared for this photo shoot making appointments and buying new items. All Janelle offered me was an apology. If I did not reach out to her the day before the shoot I would’ve been expecting her downtown at 4pm. Once again thread lightly because she’s not reliable.
