We had an amazing team of vendors, all of whom showed up and delivered for our wedding in a big way. In a group of all-stars, Jamie and her team shone with their professionalism and the sheer quality of the photos they captured. They made everyone feel so comfortable and seemed to know just which angle to get to bring everything to life. Jamie's skill as a photographer and her creative side shows too; for our wedding she had digital, film, and even a drone flying around. It's hard to put into words just how appreciative we are for her work and for capturing images that feel timeless and evoke everything that made our wedding so special.

Jamie is a phenomenal photographer, artist, and overall ray of sunshine of a human being. She photographed our wedding at Carolina Grove & welcome toast at Carolina Theatre, and we’ll treasure her gorgeous photos forever. They so perfectly captured our love story, the magic of being surrounded by our closest friends & family, and the natural beauty of the surroundings & day.

She is a master of her craft…her photos are filled with vibrant light, colors, love and serendipitous moments. She captures photos on both film & digital, so that you can have both that exquisite textural quality of film, and the wide breadth of photos from all corners that she captures on digital. We can think of no higher compliment than she bottled up the essence of what it felt like to be there on our favorite day.

Jamie and her team (shout out to Sarah & Annah) approached photographing our wedding with so much kindness and sparkling energy, and captured the best moments from all angles and some surprise shots that were better than we could have ever planned. Some examples: She captured us walking back up the aisle together, with our moms on either side smiling on (our new all-time favorite photo), and she even thought to bring props from our welcome toast event to use in lay-down detail photos captured on wedding morning.

She was the ultimate combination of creativity & preparation: coming in with an efficient shot list for family photos, scoping out the venue ahead of time to find the best framing & light, meeting with us for coffee months ahead to get to know us and our love story, and giving us the most beautiful collection of photos in record time. As if that wasn’t enough, she surprised us with a custom wooden box with beautiful prints of our collection that will be our forever wedding keepsake.

We’re so beyond grateful to Jamie for these photos, being such a joy to have by our side on our wedding day, and finding a new friend and creative kindred soul in the process.

From the initial phone call, Jamie was so kind and professional and we felt confident having her capture our special day for us. On the day of, a huge storm came out of nowhere which threw off our timeline slightly. Jamie was the calming presence I needed in those moments and was SO positive. She truly made me feel and know that everything was going to be okay! She kept our timeline moving to get all of the shots we wanted while still allowing us to enjoy our day. She made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we could just be ourselves while she captured it all. Jamie is extremely talented and is such an artist. I look at our wedding photos in disbelief that they are actual ours that we get to cherish forever--not to mention, we get SO many compliments on them! You undoubtedly spend the most time with your photographer out of any other vendor on your wedding day, and we would choose Jamie again in a heartbeat!
