Ja'Lor was our videographer and photographer for our wedding on 2.18.19. She was very responsive in communicating with us leading up to the day and explained what came with our package as well as what was happening as far as rebranding with the company. The day before we did a behind the scenes video which turned out so awesome! (I cry everytime I watch it.) The video and photos from our wedding are AMAZING! and her delivery was the cutest freaking thing! I'm so glad we chose Ja'Lor! and I feel like we gained not only a photograher but a friend as well!

Very professional and understanding I had a very over the top idea she looked at it and got to thinking right away on how to get me exactly what I asked for , she was also very responsive and respect I didn’t understand anything about this line of work and she explained everything for me and broke down the payment plan and all . I love her and will be working with her for future events!

The video she presented was nothing I expected. I was truly blown away. I'm the most frugal person in America. Translation = I am a CHEAPSKATE. You can't beat the price and quality!!!

My brother hired Jasmine, so I was familiar with her work. She was so reasonable and fair. She arrived to the event early and filmed everything and more that my wife and I wanted. She was able to capture all the important moments without feeling like she was intruding on our space. I received a couple highlight videos along with my full length video. She made all edits in a timely manner, and the finished product cake out so professional. My wife and I cherish the video so much. We recommend Jasmine 1000 times over.

First, let me say Jasmine and her team were beyond amazing. She handed every request, every plea and every last minute change professionally! The team she brought were also very professional and easy going. I thought my day was going to be a disaster because of the rain and humidity (we thought a fall wedding would avoid this...but life happens!!) But she came in and killed it! Her creative mind showed with the impromptu props, direction, and confidence to get this right! The quality was superb! Our family had an amazing time. I was excited to learn she does all events....we plan on using her for the baby shower as well as my SO parents vowel renewal. Worth the money! She will not disappoint!

Terrible experience with Jasmine. Please read this entire review. We booked Jasmine for 4 events and before we signed the contract Jasmine was extremely responsive and receptive to all our needs. As soon as we paid her fees, Jasmine completed changed. She tried to cancel on the day of an event (first red flag). She was there on time for the next 3 events and seemed like she was doing a great job recording. When we finally got the edits after a whole YEAR, the video quality was as if my 2 year old cousin recorded the video. Absolutely terrible. Jasmine is unresponsive to emails, will not edit your video for months and then goes MIA. At one point, she stated her phone "broke" and we had to only communicate through email. To reach her via phone took about 2 weeks, to reach her via email took months. We would get an empty response months after we had first asked about our video. My father in law passed away before even getting to see a highlight video. Please do yourself a favor, do not hire Jasmine. Pay a little more elsewhere, she does not care about videography and her clients. This is a side gig for her and she is extremely lazy and unprofessional when it comes to delivering on her contractual obligations. I have lost all patience with Jasmine. It is 5/2/2021, I was married in Dec 2019 and still dont have a completed wedding video.
