Jake's BBQ was awesome!!! I had no complaints from anyone at all about the food just that it was amazing and where were they located. The brisket was the first thing to go!! Jake was very responsive to my through messaging on Facebook and went above and beyond to try and make everything perfect for me and my guest. He has a food truck (i didn't use the food truck) but he will drop off or do a full service were they dish out everything!

Jake came on site and was cooking all day for us. People were raving about how amazing it was. Not to mention the smell of BBQ all day... :)

He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and let us have a large sampling of his food before we made our final decision.

If you're going for a laid back but DELICIOUS meal, Jake is your guy!

My husband and I used Jake and the fatman last summer for our wedding. We had 150 people and they did full service for us. We had pulled pork, roast beef, mac n cheese ( which was my fav) and mashed potatoes. All of the food was excellent and we had plenty left over for people to go back for seconds. We were very pleased with the food and the service Jake and his staff provided!

Jake and the fatman bbq was very flexible for my during my wedding planning. I could personally contact him at any time with questions. They are a small family owned business with very high quality food that is home made. We had plenty of food at our wedding and everyone raved how good it was. I will highly recommend Jake and the fatman bbq catering to anyone!

The food is absolutely delicious! People were so pleased and kept asking where we got it from. Sure to be a hit at your event.

Do not book this vendor unless you have a party of 50 or less. I would recommend the pulled pork, the barbeque sauce is amazing. But the sides are awful. You can do your own in the kitchen, with no fancy recipe. They clearly "skimp" on ingredients. You will end up with a lot more of the "low cost" stuff on your menu. You get what you pay for - there is a reason they are so low cost. If you are having a back yard get together, or birthday party - they might work. But for a large grad party or wedding - don't let the big trailer fool you. They are too new - and don't have catering experience. The amount of food will not match what you need it to, and you will end up embarrassed. Unfortunately we ended up with a room full of people asking who catered - and it wasn't because they enjoyed the meal :( Pay an extra few hundred to go with someone that will bring higher quality food. Your salads will have 20 tomatoes for 100 people :( ugh......disappointed.
