During your cocktail hour, they can continue to take in the serene sensibilities of the pastoral property by exploring the orchards and enjoying refreshments. The Orchard View Barn boasts a beautiful panoramic view of our pond, the stretch of fields surrounding the farm, and our orchard. Everywhere you look is a different photo opportunity, painted with the whimsical delight of nature. Your portrait collection is sure to be unforgettable, thanks to the setting of this estate. Your main reception can take place in the Orchard View Barn, featuring a modern farmhouse style, complete with plenty of windows and large sliding barn doors for guests to enjoy an open-air concept. Inside is a spacious event hall with lots of potential to add your own personal style. You can seat up to 176 guests here.

Loved our Venue!!
My husband and I got married at the Orchard View Barn at Jacob’s Farm in early June, and we hosted our rehearsal dinner in the Centennial View barn the night before. Both events were everything we could have dreamt of and more!! The staff was so helpful, Marc’s food was unbelievable, Stephanie killed it on the cocktails and bar package, and Macy was wonderful to work with. We had to pivot a bit because of rain, and the whole team jumped in to readjust the plan and make sure everything went smoothly. Our friends and family have not stopped raving about how beautiful the farm is and what a wonderful night they had. We couldn’t have done it without our wonderful team of vendors and the staff at Jacob’s Farm! We can’t wait to come back every year to visit the farm, eat some apple cider donuts, and reminisce on the best day of our lives.

The absolute dream venue!
Jacob's Farm went above and beyond my expectations! Jeremy and Aleksa were lifesavers when it came to planning. The land itself is gorgeous, as is the new reception barn. It was perfect for a beautiful fall day! The food was incredible as were the drinks. I've wanted a fall barn wedding for a long time now, and they helped make my dreams come true!

Perfection
We tied the knot at Jacob's Farm in June of 2022. The barn was rustic, charming and the perfect size for our small, 75-person wedding. We booked a little over a year before our wedding and the team at Jacob's Farm made everything so very easy. Jacob's Farm continues to add additional features to this incredible venue. My girls and I were one of the first to use the new bridal suite and it was incredible! The team at the farm was working up until the night before our wedding to make sure the space was perfect for us. The bridal suite ending up being perfection! We said our vows in the Cathedral of Trees. The space was gorgeous for our June wedding. We had our cocktail hour on the patio of the barn and space was perfect for our relaxed vibe. The food all evening was delicious, and we heard nothing but positive feedback from all our guest. The venue was easy to work with and fit our very relaxed but unique vibes. We would highly recommend booking Jacob's Farm for your wedding!!!

Great Place to Get Married!
The team at Jacob's Farm was organized, kind, and genuine! They went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we had and always responded in a timely manner. On the day of our wedding, they made sure that everything went seamlessly, they were present and engaged ready to jump in and help with anything. Aleksa-the event coordinator has a lovely soul and spirit, she always greeted us with a big smile on her face and was fully engaged! The food was delicious, we had the tacos and the drinks were awesome too:) Our day was perfect thanks to Jacob's Farm and all of their kick a** staff!!!

A perfect summer wedding venue!
Jacob’s Farm went above and beyond to make our wedding reception the most special event for my husband and I. The barn is absolutely gorgeous. So much has been updated and added to make this place stunning! During the entire planning process, Jeremy was so nice and quick to respond to my emails to answer any questions I had. He even helped us figure out our reception timeline, gave us great suggestions for setup, and talked directly with our vendors to make sure our day went smoothly. Our guests loved that they could be inside the barn dancing to the music or outside in the lawn enjoying the beautiful northern Michigan night. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received on the food. Eric is not only an extremely talented chef; he is the kindest person on this planet. If you decide to have beverages, Roman is your guy. He worked with us to create drinks that my husband and I loved. The blueberry lavender lemonade was definitely a crowd favorite! Overall, this team is top notch, kind, and they all work hard to make everything exactly how you dreamed it.

PERFECT Northern Michigan Wedding Venue
My husband and I got engaged March 2020 and were hoping to get married that summer, but with all of the craziness of COVID we were concerned that planning the wedding of our dreams would be a logistical nightmare. I had been to Jacob's Farm annual summer corn maze before and always loved the vibe...so when I heard they were doing events I reached out. Jeremy, the primary event coordinator for Jacob's, was extremely easy to get in touch with, friendly and flexible about finding a time to meet. From literally THE MINUTE we first met Jeremy and saw the place we knew that would be the spot for us!! Jacob's property is a stunningly gorgeous setting with orchards stretching out in every direction, surrounded by a lush forest of trees. We were married in "the cathedral of trees", which is an area just into the woods that was cleared and leveled by Jacob's staff to create a serene, natural chapel with sunlight streaming through the branches.
Our wedding day was TRULY perfect, and we could not have asked for a better staff! Jeremy and his event staff at Jacob's work with an impressive combination of laid back flexibility and fast-moving competency....any issues that came up the day of were met swiftly with solutions, allowing us and our family members to enjoy every minute of the day and feel taken care of.
****also, they have an INCREDIBLE food and beverage team, led by Eric and Ronan respectively. These guys sat down with us ahead of time and helped us create an awesome menu that fit out budget, not to mention our own signature drinks!
