Jaclyn was so fun to work with. I am probably the least photogenic person on the planet and Jaclyn was so patient and so kind through every step of the process. Before we booked her for our wedding, we had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot with her that ended up being included in our final wedding package. She helped us brainstorm some locations and we settled on Peddler's Village. She worked magic even in a public space crowded with people and produced some truly magical photos of us surrounded by shining holiday lights and winter greenery. I am normally so stiff and awkward in photos and Jaclyn was able to put me at ease, helped me loosen up, and encouraged me to just be present in a very special moment with my soon-to-be husband. When she sent us the link to our final-edited photos from our engagement shoot, we knew booking her for our wedding was a no-brainer. The photos were absolutely stunning and we had such a hard time selecting which ones we wanted to use for our wedding website, and our save-the-dates. Jaclyn made the planning process leading up to our wedding very easy, she is clearly a professional and walked us through each step. We were fortunate enough to be able to take her to an open house at our venue a few months prior to the wedding so she could get a feel for the space since she hadn't been their previously. The day of our wedding was smooth and polished, she had her list of must-have shots and we plowed through them so we could still catch the tail-end of our cocktail hour. She stole us away a few times through the night to capture some more shots of just the two of us and some of those are going to be our favorites. In absolutely record-timing she got us a sneak peek of about 70-80 photos only two days after our wedding and they look absolutely breathtaking. In all honesty, if these 70 photos were the only ones we got, we'd have been happy with what we paid for. In a matter of only 6 weeks, she sent us our final gallery and we were absolutely blown away. She is truly gifted and we love our photos. It took us 3 hours to go through them all and we ended up with almost 200 favorites on just the first time through. Suffice it to say, she was well-worth the investment and we couldn't be happier with our final products.

I interviewed about 10 photographers before finding Jaclyn and within minutes of our first conversation I knew we would hire her. I had a lot of anxiety about being the center of attention and Jaclyn put me at ease every time we talked! She basically helped me plan the day right down to adding an extra phone call to help me with the timeline. We asked for a lot of candid photos of our bridal party and guests and our pictures came out better than we could have imagined. They really captured the energy of the day -- so many people commented on how awesome it was that Jaclyn and her assistant were right in the middle of the dancefloor taking photos (without being in the way of course)! We can't stop looking at our gallery and reliving the day over and over again (I swear they didn't miss a minute of the day); we are so grateful! 10/10 would recommend!!
