I actually did not have a wedding, I actually attended an employee Christmas Party where they were the caterer. However, I felt they needed a review. I require a gluten free meal. They were asked in advance prior to the event if they could accommodate my request. They agreed to make sure there would be food available that I could eat. I have been GF for about 4 years now and usually when I request a GF meal, I get a salad or a piece of dry grilled chicken. Jackson's catering went above and beyond what any company has done for my GF needs. They provided GF gravy for the entire group, GF Fried Chicken for me AND a GF cobbler! I actually got the eat the same foods that everyone else ate! I must say that I was highly impressed! They did a great job of catering to everyone's needs! Thank you Jackson's catering !
