Quigley Family Catering Company is a locally self-started catering company by Chef Allan. After cooking for the Chiefs, Sporting KC, and opening up the T-Bones Stadium, where he was Lamar Hunts chef for 10 years, also cooking for Wolfgang Puck, Stephen Spielberg, and will Farrell, and was the chef for Staples Center and the All-star Games and Grammys in 2003.

Chef Allan created Quigley Family Catering Kitchen with versatility to be able to feed the masses, from an event with a shoestring budget, to an event where money is no object, they just want to be a celebrity for the day, Chef and his team will be able to make it happen.

The unique thing about our catering kitchen is that we will be able to come to your event and prepare almost everything on property. finishing it there and making our food fresher and the flavors as good as the tasting we will provide.

With us being able to make everything by bringing the kitchen to you, not only are we able to make everything as fresh as possible we are able prepare in event spaces without kitchens, running water, or even walls, such as a park.

We also are able to set up concessions for people who would like to make a parking lot or park into a concert and local car show and need a pop-up concession stand. We would be glad to help you out and give back to the cause of your choice the proceeds that we work out.

We also give cooking classes and can do individual or groups of up to 20.

Our Menus are very flexible and will be able to beat any competitors price and will make any budget happen. We can to box lunches to bridal showers, and we have done over 6,000 wedding receptions in the 30 years of doing wedding in Kansas City.

Chef Allan has spent his years creating weddings and visions for dozens of catering companies all over the country, now it is time to bring his flavors to your table.
