I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jack Kellmers. The company and him himself. They're professional. They make you feel special. They accomodate you. It's a wonderful experience. You won't be dissapointed.

My mother bought a pair of diamond earrings at Kellmers and then went to exchange them for an upgraded pair a few years later. They told her that they didn'' want to "embarrass" her, but the earrings did not match. My mom let them know that she wasn't embarrassed, but they should be since they sold them to her. Needless to say, they didn't allow her to exchange the earrings and after being a loyal customer for over ten years there, they never responded to the letter she wrote to the owners of the company. Their customer service is lacking and obviously they are even "embarrassed" by their own products. I would definitely NOT recommend.
