Jennean absolutely loves what she does and she uses the utmost care for your wedding dress. I am obsessed with my dress, and Jennean made it fit like a glove. She took up the straps, took the bust in just a smidge, added silicone to the straps to minimize irritation, and hemmed and bustled the skirt. The dress that already felt made for me looked so perfect. I loved the drama of the train, and the hem didn’t change the length or beautiful detailing at all. And she handled the detailing - lace, beading - with so much care. The bustle made the skirt so fun to dance and twirl in and almost made it look like a second dress! Jennean was always punctual and calm. She is an expert in her field and I trusted all of her recommendations. She is always so kind and truly enjoys witnessing brides experience the special emotions of wearing their wedding dress. Highly recommend Jennean!

Jennean Mason is an incredible alterations expert and the best in the Massachusetts/New Hampshire area. I was terrified of the alterations process and had every fear imaginable, but Jennean's kindness and responsiveness put me at ease.

She provided excellent advice on everything, including shoes and jewelry, and helped calm my nerves throughout the process. The work she did on my dress was outstanding: she took in the waist and bust, added cups, draped, hemmed, and created an extensive bustle. She even kept the dress for me and recommended perfect places to have it steamed, along with advice on when to get it done.

Jennean is so talented and did beautiful work on my wedding dress! We also used her day-of services and it was a HUGE relief to have her there touching up dresses, helping stage photos, and making sure everything was in place. Absolutely worth having her there - she even got some extra photos when the photographers had to be elsewhere and they are some of our treasured ones! She even touched up my bridesmaids hem so she wouldn't trip down the aisle!! Cannot recommend her enough - she goes above and beyond for her clients, and was so easy and wonderful to work with!

Jennean is an extremely gifted seamstress. After purchasing 2 jumpsuits and a skirt from Tulle Bridal in Andover, we were told she was the seamstress for me to get my vision. She expertly created a top, a skirt, and pants that clipped into each other, with appliqué aligning perfectly onto each new piece. This allowed me to pull off the allusion of wearing the same top but as a "dress" for the ceremony and a "jumpsuit" for the reception. Guests were blown away - it didn't look like 3 unique pieces at all!

Put simply, Jennean works magic.

I purchased a dress that I knew I would love, but only after some reconstructive surgery. I called other places and they didn't understand what I wanted done to the dress, but in my first conversation with Jennean, I could tell she knew exactly what I meant.

I loved my fittings with Jennean. She listened to my concerns, was supportive and in tune with my opinion before it even left my mouth. She managed to patiently talk my mom and sister through the bustle process and let them practice multiple times to make sure they had it right.

And THE DRESS. All of us - Jennean included - were crying when I tried it on at my final fitting. It was absolutely stunning and the most incredible transformation. I am so grateful to Jennean for her expertise, skill, and talent.

Also, Jennean absolutely saved me when it came to my veil. I procrastinated on ordering one, and, at the last minute, she was able to order the exact one I wanted. It shipped to her shop in just a couple days, and she texted me as soon as it arrived. Absolute lifesaver.

Jennean blew me away from the first moment I stepped into her doorway. I arrived to her terrified that I had bought the wrong dress and was contemplating buying a second one, when she instantly reassured me that we could create my vision out of the dress I had ordered.
