Great Suit, Terrible Service
Our initial interaction with Jack, he quoted the suits timeline for 6-8 weeks. My husband ordered his tuxedo and the groomsmen suits on May 6, 2024 for an August 24, 2024 wedding which was plenty of time. Jack told us they would be in by the 3rd week in July (5 weeks before the wedding) and when my husband called, Jack never answered. The groom’s tuxedo arrived in 10 weeks. However no update on the groomsmen suits. Multiple times a day we couldn’t reach anyone. As the weeks continued with still no answers, I showed up on August 3rd (3 weeks before the wedding) and Jack told me they were stuck in customs in China (for already weeks at that point), and they’d be here soon. Then August 12th still no suits, so I called the owner, James, and he was being told completely different things from Jack than what we were being told. The suits FINALLY arrived on August 21st (3 days before our wedding) but only 2 of the 3 groomsmen suits arrived, and to top it off the fabric was NOT what was chosen. My husband went there on August 22nd and still the 3rd suit hadn’t arrived. The other son, Liam, was in the shop while my husband was on the phone with Jack, and Jack said. “I’m not around today and unfortunately my dad and brother won’t be able to help because they’re not at the shop either.” My husband responded back with “I’m looking at your brother.” Jack clearly knew he was caught in a lie and delivered the 3rd suit at the hotel we were staying at on Friday August 23rd (1 day before the wedding). We had already had the rehearsal at this point. Note, 2 of the groomsmen’s shirts never arrived.
The suit material and quality were nice and the made-to-measure fit was proper, but being given to us with only about 30 hours before the wedding was too much of a headache. I commend the business for returning the upfront deposits to each groomsmen and was very apologetic in mending the situation. However; this business was a nightmare to work with and was the worst vendor of our entire wedding experience. The shear lack of communication, the absolute disregard for the urgency of the product, and most importantly the lying was the real aggravating part. The stress that came along in working with this vendor was not worth getting a nice suit. I highly suggest if you want to keep your sanity and stress levels low, shop elsewhere.
