Lauren was AMAZING, everyone was so welcoming when I came in, I instantly knew the Meredith dress from Maggie SOTTERO was the one. I said yes to the dress in less than an hour. Lauren was so helpful and did an amazing job picking the right accessories! I highly recommend this place, I felt so special and so glad they had my dream dress! 1000/10

What a wonderful and fun afternoon! I almost left with two dresses.... because if you do "girl" math and extend the use of the dresses, you can easily justify the sale price of two equalling even less than the price of others. ; ) The staff was incredibly helpful, pulling so many dresses because I wasn't quite sure. Rachcel was so patient, kind, and shared her thoughts very appropriately. I left with a dress that I didn't expect, but when I put it on I didn't stop smiling! I felt radiant, and this is thanks to Rachel. I said yes to (at least) one dress.

Rachel was AMAZING! I told her the style I had in mind and the budget and all the dresses she pulled met the criteria. I didn't feel pressured or rushed and everyone else was very kind and friendly. I would recommend this bridal shop over and over again! Thank you ladies!

The folks at Modern Bride were flexible and supportive as I tried on many different styles of dresses, and were happy to grab all sorts of styles for me to see. They are so friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend paying them a visit!

I bought my dress from Modern Bride on 9/25/23. Hanna was my consultant and she was so wonderful. I had an hour and a half appointment starting at 11:00, but didn’t leave until 2:00 because I was trying to make sure my dress was really the one! Hanna never rushed me, let me think out loud what my worries were, and really helped me focus in on the vision of my dress that was in my head. I brought in pictures and Hanna pulled several dresses that exactly fit the pictures. Turns out once they were on me, I wanted something completely different! Hanna didn’t skip a beat, went back to the drawing board and found several new dresses that hit on what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable while trying on dress after dress, and was so knowledgeable, knowing what questions to ask to truly get at what I liked on one dress compared to another. She remembered what I had said from dress to dress, and picked up on details like when she noticed, “You said you LOVED this one,” or “You said you wished that one had more sparkle.” What finally made me say yes was when she had me close my eyes and said, “Ok, now picture yourself walking down the aisle to your fiancé…” and then the happy tears came– I said, “I guess this is my dress!” Lastly, the dress I finally chose had something I wanted altered, and Hanna confidently knew just who to suggest for that work to get done. (Modern Bride does alterations, but for the specific alteration I wanted, it wasn’t in their realm). Thank you to Modern Bride, and thank you so much to Hanna. My first and only bridal shop I went to, and I can’t wait for my dress to arrive in February!

The team at Modern Bride was so helpful every time I went in. I brought four girls with me for shopping and the team made sure to pull dresses that I liked as well as mixed in some styles that my girls mentioned. From shopping to my first and final fitting, they were always so positive and happy to see me smiling! My husband and his groomsmen also rented their tux’s through Jim’s Formal Wear at Modern Bride. My husband and I met with Brian, the Jim’s representative, and he was very attentive to detail. Brian was able to see the dress that I had ordered and made sure to color match everything. Brian helped with measurements up until the week prior and helped navigate ordering with our out of state groomsmen. One shirt was much too large for a groomsmen and Brian got a new shirt ordered and shipped next day for pick up. The shirt fit much better and no other ordering issues were had. I could not recommend Modern Bride any more for all of your wedding party attire!

I had an amazing experience with Hanna my consultant. She helped me find my dress which I was excited to say yes to my dress!! But also had wonderful suggestions for accessories as well as picked out the perfect dress for my daughter who is my maid of honor. I highly recommend Hanna at Modern Bride & Formal Shop.

My family and I can't rave enough about our experience with Deb! After a poor experience in the morning with another local shop, Deb went above and beyond the moment we walked into Modern Bride! Deb was so genuine and knowledgeable with the dresses in stock and was sure to inquire about my look I wanted to achieve, and budget for my wedding dress. She was quick to pull more than 10 gowns and listened to my feedback as I tried them on, helping me find the dress of my dreams. Even though they were busy, the staff that day was also so kind in coming over to congratulate me when I said "yes!" I had the best experience at Modern Bride. My attendant was Jules and she was AMAZING. She was so sweet and helpful. She did such a great job finding dresses that fit my vision (and also some unexpected dresses that I loved too). The experience was so fun and low pressure! They were so accommodating to let me come back the next day to try on the two dresses I was deciding between. Jules brought a few other dresses out and ended up surprising me with what was the perfect dress. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend Modern Bride!
