Jamicyn was an absolute dream to work with! I was planning a wedding from across the country and having found her was a huge relief! Jamicyn was so reliable and always fast to respond! She also has such an awesome invoice system that is so detailed and lets you see and know what to expect. She worked with all of my ideas and made changes along the way as I saw new things I Iiked. We had her set up and takedown everything so I was just as surprised as our guests when I walked into the venue, but it was absolutely gorgeous and better than I could have ever dreamed! If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat! I will never have the exact words to express how pleased I am with my experience with Rouge Rustic Rentals. First of all, they are seriously amazing to work with! Every question is answered kindly, thoroughly and in a timely fashion. They provide you with incredible advice throughout the planning process. Secondly, they have a huge selection of gorgeous country chic decor. I couldn't find the chairs I used anywhere, but here. Everything was perfect and amazing! Last but not least, they will seriously do whatever it takes to make you happy. Your wish is literally their command! I decided I wanted real flowers two weeks before my wedding and they made it happen! Let me tell you, they were gorgeous! They made, delivered and set up all of the decorations and the floral arrangements. They even folded my fancy napkins for me since I had not the slightest clue! They made my wedding planning experience so easy that I truly enjoyed myself. I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was! My wedding was gorgeous and timeless due in large part to their beautiful decorations and floral expertise. It literally looked like a wedding out of Pinterest or a bridal magazine. A huge, genuine thank you to Jamicyn and crew for everything they did to make our wedding dreams come true!

I rented a settee for my head table on 10/30/19. I signed the rental agreement and paid for it that day. The damage deposit for the settee is stated in the email they sent me, on the invoice, and in the rental agreement as $53.50. I then rented candles for my wedding and the damage deposit for that rental agreement was for $281.39. On the day of my wedding we arrived at the reception and noticed there was something wrong with the leg when we sat down for dinner. We took photos and didn't sit on it again once dinner was over. We let the delivery guy know there was something wrong when he came to pick it up that night. The next morning, 11/1/20, I sent an email with pictures letting them know that we noticed the leg was damaged when we went to sit on it and we didn't use it for the entirety of the reception. They finally responded on 11/6/20, telling me I broke it, they have video proof of my husband and I using the settee for the entire night, and that they were cashing my damage deposit check. I checked my bank account and they cashed the damage deposit check for my candle rental in the amount of $281.39. I sent them photos with time stamps of the damage and the timestamps were for 7:10 pm and 7:18 pm. I also sent them a copy of the rental agreement that specifically states the deposit was $53.50. I never once asked for my money back, I just didn't want to be held responsible for something that I didn't break. The fact that they never responded to me email until after the check cleared is also telling. I have yet to receive any response back from them. Do NOT use this company!!!
