Food was good, although not exactly what we discussed. The head chef, Jeff, promised us all sorts of things, but didn’t fully deliver. Example, we wanted baked beans as a side (we had a pig roast). We got them, but they had jalapeños in them and we discussed no spicy food. We picked up our linings the day before and were short napkins. However, they did bring them on the wedding day. We asked for the pie (we had pie instead of cake) to be served. It was simply cut and serving utensils shoved in them. Also, the plates we discussed were not what was supplied. We asked for the scalloped lined upgraded plastic ware, we got regular circular upgraded plastic ware.
The biggest complaints for us was the general disorganization of the staff. We asked how long they would be serving, we couldn’t get an answer. We asked them to remove the food trash at the end of the event, they left without doing so. We asked how long the bartenders would be there, no answer. Later, we found out, the two bartenders (who we suspected weren’t really bartenders) were actually drinking the alcohol we actually provided ourselves.
