At Ajalon Printing & Design, we’re a small, but diverse, group that agrees on one thing – we dig letterpress printing! Sure, we’ve done the business cards and brochure thing, but nothing beats creating something special for a bride.
Our shop is nestled in the heart of picturesque Sonoma County wine country, where we have been providing exquisite, artisan printing services for over 50 years.
Our talented and creative staff will guide you through your invitation printing process. Drawing from years of experience, we can provide you with fresh and innovative ideas to make your invitation memorable and a true work of art.

Initial Consultation - During this consultation, a rough design direction and concept is developed. Consultations are complimentary up to twenty minutes. Additional consultation time is billed at $75/hour.
Proposal and Contract - You’ll receive a proposal and contract based on the results of your consultation. Your approval of the contract, along with a 50% deposit, authorizes us to begin working on your invitations.
Creativity Begins! After you provide all the pertinent information, such as wording, dates, etc., you’ll receive your first set of designs. Your proposal includes two rounds of alterations. Additional edits are billed at $50 each.
Approval - After your design and all revisions have been completed, you will receive a final PDF proof for your approval. Upon receipt of your signed approval, via fax or mail, we begin production. Please check your final proof carefully. Ajalon Printing is not responsible for errors on approved proofs. Any reprinting costs are the responsibility of the client, and deposits or final payments will not be refunded.
Printing - Printing of your invitation set may take one or more days, depending on the size and scope of your order. Your final balance is due before printing begins.
Assembly - Typically, invitations and announcements do not include assembly. We can provide assembly services for $35/hour, and can provide you an estimate for assembling your invitation set.
Shipping - Upon receipt of your final payment, your stationery is securely packaged and shipped via your preferred method.
Timeline - Factors such as how quickly you make decisions, communicate them to your designer, and how many rounds of changes you have will affect the overall timeline. At a minimum, allow four to six weeks from your initial consultation to design, produce and ship your order.
