We were happy with this vendor. We did not want to spend a lot of money on invitations, so we told her up front that we did not want to see the high-end invitation books. She presented us with many options in our price range, and we were very happy with the final product.
One thing that we wish would have been different is the process of proofs and changes. The process of obtaining a proof and then having to send back changes and get another proof back seemed tedious. Plus, we were charged for every proof we wanted to see. We would have rather sat at a computer with the person designing the invitation and made adjustments right then and there. But I don't think that the process has caught up with the technology.
In any event, we were happy with the appearance and price of the final product.
