The IA team was honestly our favorite "vendor" we chose for our day. From the very beginning, working with Thelma and Adua was awesome! They are so fun that it felt like working with friends, but also so insanely knowledgeable and professional that we knew were in good hands.

We hired them for Month of Coordination but honestly wish we just booked them for the full planning service. 1000% worth the investment. Once we started meeting with them a month out, everything just started falling in to place and I began feeling so much better about everything.

I was trying to save money and did lots of DIY (decor, had a friend do my flowers, booked all the vendors) so on wedding day there were boxes on top of boxes of all the wedding stuff I had accumulated. They went through it all, and set everything up perfectly. There were hiccups with the flowers/centerpieces and the photobooth vendor (showed up late) but I had no idea any of it was going on (found out from my friend after the wedding!). They handled everything with such professionalism and grace. The centerpieces (and all of the decor) looked amazing. I honestly have no idea how they did it but they worked magic!

They arrived early to our hotel rooms while we were getting ready that morning - made sure we were staying on track for our timeline (photos and getting to venue on time) - made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when (bridal party, vendors and guests!) - partied with us a bit - and stayed until who knows what time for the breakdown and making sure all of my items were packed away, vendors were clear, and the night was wrapped.

If you need planners that know what they are doing, are great to work with, care about you and your day, and will make sure everything runs smoothly - you have found your team.

Thelma and Cori did a phenomenal job helping us finalize the details of our wedding! My fiancé and I scheduled our wedding date 2 months out and they jumped right in to assist and coordinate. They helped make the day run as smoothly as possible. They carried themselves with great professionalism and were an overall great help to getting things done efficiently and with speed. I’ve known Jen my whole life, and when I finally got engaged I knew I wanted to hire her. Jen and Thelma were fantastic, and paid attention to every single detail! The planning sessions, to-do lists, and timelines were vital. We couldn’t have had a beautiful wedding without them. They had a great list of vendors that we could pull from for anything we needed. I was so nervous the day of, but she was literally by my side the entire day.

Jen and Thelma were wonderful and fun to work with. We planned our wedding from out of state, and they provided us with day-of coordination services. The day went off without a hitch, and everything was executed so beautifully. They understood my vision, design, and style, and I couldn't be happier with the memories we walked away with because of the great job they did.
