I have never recommended a company more than I do In The Mix. We had an INCREDIBLE experience! From the first consult phone call to wedding day, every single experience we had with them great! They were quick with responding and catered to our needs! They were kind and you could tell that every single person genuinely wanted to make our day special.

First, Mary is the most incredible photographer and human being I’ve ever met. She did a great job at making my husband and I (who are awkward with photos) feel our best and capture some amazing moments!

The DJ and MC were a complete hit! At one point my friend came up to me and said “I was standing in the back of the room and literally everyone was on the dance floor” ! Korey listened to my suggestions on our phone call and literally made the most incredible playlist for our wedding!
The only sad part was that the projector wasn’t working for our monogram but definitely not their fault!

John, our videographer was so fun to work with! I cannot wait to see the video which I already know is going to be incredible!

DJ Saint James and Emcee Alexcia kept the energy high all night. The dance floor was absolutely packed, and the nonstop dance party created such an electric vibe. They truly read the crowd perfectly.

Mary & Nolan (photography) were amazing with our big crew in 96° heat. They kept everyone organized while also making us laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera. We just received our photos back, and they are beyond incredible.

DJ Apex and Matt Gorms did an amazing job at our wedding! The company was easy to work with, super responsive, and very professional. We felt like we were in good hands from the first call. the dance floor was always active. The photo booth was really cute too— the photo book with it and the gallery are some of our favorite wedding memories. would recommend in the mix to anyone!

Our wedding was April 12, 2025. We used InTheMix event group for DJ, photography, and photobooth. Our entire wedding journey was phenomenal from beginning to end thanks to Mary and Harry, as well as the rest of the staff.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with In the Mix for our wedding!

DJ: Our DJ was outstanding! We gave some general input on the types of songs and vibe we were looking for and they did an amazing job about running with what was given. They played everything we wanted while keeping a fantastic variety of music. They kept the dance floor full the entire night with plenty of songs for everyone from the younger crowd to our own parents. They knew exactly when to hype up the night and when to slow it down to give the entire party what they were looking for.

Photo: Our photographer Mary handled both our engagement photos as well as all photography for the actual wedding day. She made us so comfortable with a fantastic mix of posed pictures and candid snaps. We had a ton of fun and plenty of laughs and the quality of everything we received was excellent. Our video for the wedding day was high quality and we are beyond happy that we decided to purchase it. Great editing means that we will still have something to enjoy years in the future. The whole photography and videography team worked together so seamlessly that it made the experience completely stress free. We never once felt like we were missing our wedding to do photos or take a video. They provided both the full video and a shorter edited version we can share with others.

Management: We were thrilled that we decided to work with In The Mix for all aspects of the entertainment. Having them coordinate internally for all photos, videos, announcements, etc. made the day smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork and communication was spot on ahead during all of our planning and the day of. Everyone responded to our messages and questions quickly and thoroughly so it was never difficult to get any information or clarification that we needed. They are very knowledgable and passionate about what they do. We cannot recommend working with them enough. Seriously book them, you cannot go wrong with this amazingly talented team of people.

We had an unforgettable experience with In The Mix Event Group for our wedding in Cape May on September 28, 2024! We hired them for DJ, Emcee, and Videography services, and every aspect exceeded our expectations.

The videographer was really able to cater to our vision for the day and capture all the key moments without being intrusive. We were also thrilled to receive both the highlight reel and the full video in less than a month after the event!

Our DJ and Emcee were both professional and a blast to work with. DJ Saint James knew how to handle the vibes of the night and reflected that perfectly with the music choices. Our guests were having so much fun, we had to cut the music a few times in order to do our speeches. Our Emcee, Katie, was also incredible and we were so impressed by her ability to keep the night running smoothly.

My husband and I got married in May of 2023 at Blue Heron Pines in Galloway, NJ. We already knew that we were booking In The Mix Event Group to be the soundtrack for our party, specifically DJ Saint James after we saw him DJ a friends wedding at the Collingswood Ballroom the prior year. After inquiring about booking, Harry met with us at their office and was very accommodating and made planning out what we would need for the day. We also appreciated the website provided to fill out all of our music choices and a run down for the ceremony which helped make things more organized and efficient for the day of. We booked Uplighting for the room as we felt it was a must for once the party got going. We also got the cold spark upgrade as well which made for some of our favorite pictures from the night. The photobooth fit great out on the enclosed patio area perfectly. DJ Saint James kept our dance floor packed the entire night, playing everything from the classics to the modern dance songs making sure to hit everything that we for sure wanted played. We still get compliments from friends and family about how much fun they had on our special day about the entertainment. Do yourself a favor and book In The Mix for your wedding, they won’t let you down.

In The Mix truly went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the entertainment for our wedding was personalized and perfect for us. We felt like we were in great hands from the moment we booked them. As a forgetful bride, Mary was so helpful as she gently nudged us along the planning process. We have received countless texts from our guests who said it was one of the best weddings they’ve attended, many citing the music as a key reason. DJ Apex is hands down one of the best DJs in Philadelphia. He knows how to vibe with a crowd in a way that is so organic it’s almost as if he is reading your mind. I asked Harry about adding a live musician to play along with the DJ and he secured an incredible saxophonist who was playing over everything from Earth, Wind, and Fire to Lil Wayne. It was AMAZING! Emcee Bill was great! He helped facilitate the flow, checked in with us throughout the night, and was the perfect complement to DJ Apex. Guests also loved the 360 Photobooth, which was a fresh change of pace from the classic photo booth that's been around for years. Top-of-the-line service. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!
