This was my first time using a travel agent. However, I spoke with several different companies before deciding to choose Imagine Travel. Shane was the agent I had from Imagine. He was excellent! I had numerous questions and he was very patient and answered each one with detail. For the last 12 years, my family and I have always gone to Aruba (love it). For my honeymoon, my husband and I wanted to go somewhere new, all inclusive, great weather and within our budget. Shane recommended SEVERAL options for us on different islands and with different resorts. He spoke very highly of the Secrets all inclusive brand. We decided to book with the new resort in Playa Mujures due to the awesome pricing they offered before the resort opened. After coming back from the resort, I am very glad we stayed with that decision. The resort was beautiful, staff were very friendly and all of the guests were very friendly as well. Before going, Shane told me they weren't known for their beautiful beach, and he was right. But, the pool made up for it. Thank you Shane for helping me decide on a destination and booking it, along with the flight and the transportation to and from the airport. You made it so easy for us!
