Davin shot video for our wedding and did an absolutely incredible job. He operated 3+ high quality video cameras to capture multiple angles seamlessly. It was very windy on our wedding day, and he somehow captured perfect audio for the whole ceremony and all of the toasts with some serious veteran wizardry. The final 6-minute highlight video was superb, capturing the energy of the day perfectly. We were blown away by Davin's professional and friendly operation. Couldn't recommend him more! I cannot say enough great things about Davin at Illuminated Visuals! I booked Davin through a referral in 2018 for our wedding in September 2019. Leading up to the wedding, he was quick to respond to all questions that I had. He is based on Maui but we flew him in for our wedding on O'ahu. He was timely and reliable, showing up way ahead of time and making sure he was all set up prior to beginning filming. Davin was there throughout the wedding day and was a delight the entire time. His kindness is such a great bonus to booking him as your videographer. He got beautiful footage of all of the most important moments of our day and did not miss a beat. He also got beautiful drone footage! It was about a 2.5 month turn around following our wedding to receive our video, which was must faster than most other videographers that I researched. Our video is absolutely AMAZING! It is truly a work of art. The way Davin pieced snippets of the day together to tell the full story of our day is stunning! From the first contact I made with Davin, I knew that I wanted him to be the videographer for our wedding. He is very easygoing, friendly, and professional. Throughout the planning period before the wedding, Davin was in contact not only with us, but he was in contact with the other vendors for our wedding. He made sure to collaborate with our day of coordinator, DJ, and photographer.

On the day of the wedding, Davin arrived early to make sure he got everything set up for the day. Davin made sure to get all the shots that we had previously discussed, along with implementing his own creativeness into the footage. Davin had such a fun personality, and he was so easy to work with. He interacted with all our guests, and fit right in with our wedding. Davin went above and beyond, making sure he captured every big moment. We loved having Davin as a “guest” of our wedding.

Davin was always VERY prompt in his emails and made sure that all our wants and needs were meet for before, during, and after the wedding. He made sure when editing the video that he added in all the shots we requested. We truly appreciate all of Davin’s hard work and professionalism.
