When we first made the decision to have a backyard wedding, we felt anxious about all the logistics and felt that we had so many blind spots. Then we hired Lia and she quickly made the entire planning experience incredibly easy and fun for us. I remember feeling absolutely zero stress on our wedding day because she had everything handled. She was there for us throughout all the decision making, took trips with us to Reno to meet with vendors, and planned out every detail with ease. We would have been completely lost without her! She was so organized and always had the best recommendations for us, even if I texted her at crazy hours, she was always available! I am a visual person and often had issues telling her the things I liked and she truly could read my mind and always came to me with exactly what I was trying to visualize. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Lia’s detailed timeline and coordination. Because of I Do Details we were able to enjoy our day and celebrate with our friends and family without having to worry about a thing! She went above and beyond to help us choose our ceremony and venue location, she was available 24/7 to send me recommendations, answer all of my silly questions, and make sure everything was extremely organized/prepared. Lia did an amazing job at executing our timeline the day of the wedding and everyone knew exactly where to go, what to do, etc. so everything was flawless and STRESS FREE. We did a lot of DIY decor and there was no hesitation from her at all, she set everything up with little direction and it all turned out so much better than I could’ve imagined!
