Rozetree was recommended by our wedding coordinator, Joyfully Joined; Yvette was my stylist for the wedding. I was happy to have done a trial run for my hair as what I originally thought I wanted, was only okay. I appreciated Yvette's suggestions on something different to showcase my bridal jewelry and dress. I'm sure she appreciated seeing how my hair didn't hold curl for very long and was able to bring heavier hairspray.

She was on time, professional, and put up with the silliness between me and my bridesmaid. My makeup came out beautiful; I wanted an elevated look to my everyday but not heavily made up and it was perfect and lasted throughout the wedding and reception.

My only suggestion for future brides is to figure out your lip color prior to the wedding so you have the tube with you for the day. I relied on the make-up artists to do the lip, and then did not have anything to touch up with later in the day and into the reception. Thankfully, I had my every day shade with me, but would have liked to touched up with my wedding-look lip. Not a big deal in the end...photos still came out beautiful! Thank you Yvette and Rozetree!

RHYAN is amazing! This girl really knows what she is doing when it comes to hair and makeup. She nailed the look I wanted for my wedding day, not only once but twice! I was fortunate enough to have Rhyan do my hair & makeup for our mini-ceremony and our large wedding celebration, and I was beyond happy with her work both times. All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their hair & makeup, as well. Juju works SO FAST and got the whole bridal party's hair done with plenty of time to spare for touch ups. Heather has a super calming presence and paid such close attention to detail when doing the bridal party makeup. Everyone's eye makeup was killer! Rozetree Bridal has an extremely talented team, Rhyan has done a fantastic job building her business around what she values most and that shines through with everyone on her time. Our July 31st 2020 wedding at CaliPaso Wine and Villa was extra special because Rhyan from the Rozetree Bridal team was able to doll me and my officiant/maid of honor with the best looking hair and makeup. She was early, took her time and made my life easier by being friendly, genuine, and helping us become extra beautiful. Her preparation with the makeup, tools for our hairstyles, and adding lashes by hand was impressive. We were able to go through the process flawlessly with the initial contact of what we wanted as well as being extra clear of what is provided as a service. It's a must-have service for your day to make it smooth and enjoyable. Future brides, I hope your special day is better than you imagined and the marriage even better ;)

House of the Rozetree Bridal did my bridal hair and makeup for my recent wedding and both my hair and makeup turned out amazing! Katie and her assistant, Mackenzie, were so sweet and a pleasure to work with. They were super personable and friendly and their work was amazing. My makeup looked gorgeous and I seriously miss those eyelashes every day. My hair was everything I could've dreamed of but honestly did not think was possible with my hair length and texture. Katie gave her honest opinion on what she thought was possible and she fulfilled my wedding hair dreams. They also gave me a little lipstick of my choice to keep, I can't wait to use it! They did my mom and sister's hair and makeup as well and both were extremely happy too. I can't recommend them enough!

Rozetree provided the best stylists for our wedding day. We made a lot of small changes leading up to our wedding and they were very accommodating. Gigi, Kelly and Matt are AWESOME. Also my curls lasted all night and people are still complimenting me months later.

If I were you, I would avoid this company like the plague. I went with Rozetree bridal for my makeup and hair needs for my wedding, based off the five-star reviews. I had makeup and hair done for myself and my mother, as well as barbering services for my husband. Although my makeup and hair lady was very, very nice, I have to say I was extremely disappointed with how the services turned out. My mother was disappointed as well. The services ran long and the artist left no time for fixes at the end. By the time I got my dress on, the MUA was already packed up and heading out the door. When I finally got a good look at myself in the mirror before going down to meet my husband for our "first look", my eyeliner was smudged all over my face with fall-out all over my cheeks. There was eyelash glue on my eyelids, lipstick bleeding out of the lines, it just seemed like the quality of the products used were really lousy and the style didn't really match the look I was going for. While frantically trying to fix my face, when I realized that the makeup artist didn't even leave behind a sample/touch up for my lipstick. You would think as a wedding makeup artist she would know that I inevitably would be kissing my husband. Well after our kiss at the ceremony, the red lipstick was gone off my face and smudged all over my husband. How did she not have the forethought to use a lip stain or liquid lipstick that wouldn't transfer???

The booking process is not easy, it's all via email and they refuse to provide phone numbers or pick up a phone. They had me go through this whole process of creating a pinterest board of the look/vibe I wanted, I had a virtual consultation leading up to the day, but it seemed like that was a huge waste of time. They never referred to any of the images or what I asked for, anyway. The way this company works is you contact their main office and they outsource the services to one of many artists they work with. I had no choice in who I got. Also, the communication was LOUSY. My point person took days, sometimes weeks to reply to me. I should I have followed my gut instinct and canceled the services when the emails started getting sloppy. Honestly it really sucks that my makeup and hair were the one horrible blemish on what was otherwise a perfect day. I spent a freaking fortune on these services (over $1,000) and was extremely let down. Save yourself from this horrible sense of dread!!! Don't use these people!!!!!!!! If I could go back and change anything about my wedding I would have NEVER used Rozetree Bridal. They made me feel like they didn't give a crap about me or my needs because I had a smaller wedding party and wasn't worth their time. Such a shame. How they've accumulated such flawless reviews is beyond me. When I posted my review on Yelp, the owner recruited a bunch of friends to then write reviews to help save their rating, but she never once reached out to me personally to apologize or offer any sort of refund.

My husband had nothing negative to say about the barber. That was a different department of the company apparently and he said he was very nice. When booking they told me since it was only services for one person, they refused to do them on site and wanted him to drive to their barber shop. We agreed, then last minute they changed their mind and offered to come do the services on site for an additional $85 charge. I agreed for the convenience of it all, but when I wrote my negative review on Yelp, the owner tried to use this against me, saying how "gracious" they were to "bend their rules" and come do the barbering services on property...our wedding was on a Monday, and I paid an extra $85, I don't think that should be used against me, honestly.

All the positive reviews of this company all refer to working with the owner, Rhyan. Rhyan was never involved in my booking process or services, yet she's the one I paid.....

Don't let this company ruin your wedding like they ruined mine.
