I used their photo booth services for my 30th wedding anniversary. Do not waste your money! They did not honor the Groupon price, claiming they did not have anyone available on that date. But could give me a discounted rate. They were late, scheduled for 1, came at 1:28. Called me several times because he was lost, during my ceremony. Finally set up and ready to start at 1:55. When I complained all I heard was excuses. Called the company several times, finally got a return call 3 days later stating they would need to talk to the technician first. When he finally called back, the tech wanted to argue with me about what time he arrived and was set up. The customer service rep stated he was the manager and was rude until I said I would stop payment on my credit card. They refunded back 1 hour, but the photo album I paid for did not arrive with my pics until over a month later despite several phone calls and emails. After writing a negative review on Yelp, someone stated they would contact me but never did. Don't ruin your special day with this company.

Vendor never showed up for event. Refuses to give refund. Don't contract with.

First, I called about a Groupon deal and they offered me the same rate without going through Groupon -against Groupon policies. Then as soon as they got my deposit they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a simple refund to be processed.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Beware of them on group on! Mr. M and Rashid will steal your money. They will tell you they are available on the given date. Then when you tell them you have a group on they say that date is actually full. Wasted my money. Needed them last minute so we got them anyway. Paid for them to come during the last 3 hours of the reception. Didn’t show until the last 90 mins. Spoke to Rashid to complain and now they won’t answer calls or emails.

DONT HIRE THESE CROOKS. (Don’t trust Rashid’s post. He works there)
Picked them for my wedding and paid them for 3 hours of service. Total nightmare. Photo booth guy showed up 45 mins late. Set up in the lobby when instructed to set up where the reception was being held. The camera went out of commission for another 30 mins. On top of not getting an hour and 15 mins of time I already paid for they brought someone else's backdrop not the one we requested. Only got half the photos at the end of the night. And the ones we did get were all crooked since the camera wasn’t level. You can see the wall behind the backdrop and the frame of it in every photo. The company refuses to answer our emails and gives us the run around when we call. Save yourself the money and the headache.
