Located just one mile from downtown Albuquerque, and a few minutes from Albuquerque International Sunport, Hotel Parq Central offers a modern yet historic atmosphere to host intimate formal gatherings and larger celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity
This venue has an ambiance of quiet elegance, marked by historic charm and classic style. Hotel Parq Central features many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate up to 150 guests. The largest event space is The Parlor, measuring 1,280 square feet. The Santa Fe room is a 540-square-foot meeting room filled with natural light from three large windows. The Highlands is a 408-square-foot meeting room, ideal for smaller to mid-sized gatherings. The award-winning Apothecary Lounge is also available for a buyout if you are looking to host a rooftop event.

Cuisine styles offered for buffets include The Albuquerquean, The Texan, The Italian, and The Land and Sea. History
Originally built and designed to house the Santa Fe Hospital in the year 1926, the original construction still stands today as Hotel Parq Central. The building went under a four-year redevelopment and reopened as a hotel in 2010. The property is listed under the National Register of Historic Places and sits in Hunning Highlands, a National Historic District in Albuquerque.

Accommodation
On-site housing and accommodations include The Residence, a private building featuring 9 guest rooms, two of which are suites, accompanied by a family gathering area. The Powerhouse offers a suite and two king rooms, all three open to a common hallway with a private entrance. In addition to these two accommodations, Hotel Parq Central offers 74 guest rooms, including 15 luxury suites. Discounted room rates will be offered for you and your guests, including a continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. Free onsite parking and shuttle transportation are available for hotel guests upon availability. All stays include access to the 24-hour hot tub and fitness center.
