It's not even possible to say enough nice things about Cassie. She jumped in a week before my wedding because my original coordinator came into contact with Covid and could no longer do our wedding. I was totally panicked but after one phone call with Cassie, she totally put us at ease knowing that she was going to be running the show! In just one week she was able to figure out our vision and bring it to life even better than how we imagined all along! Day before she was running around making sure to introduce herself to everyone and helped a bunch of total goofs organize a sweet and personal wedding ceremony.

On the day of our wedding she was there early helping direct the set up of all of our chairs and tables. We had an outdoor wedding and on the forecast on wedding day was really uncertain. I swear tables and chairs had to get moved three times because of weather. And yet, despite the chaos of moving the dinner set up around so many time, the final product was a beautiful, peaceful dinner under a big beautiful willow tree. It was exactly the "Bilbo Baggins' 111th Birthday Party" vibe we were hoping for!

The best part was that on the day of my wedding, I didn't have to worry if things were getting set up or if I was forgetting anything because Cassie was there to greet our vendors, make sure our vision came to life, and make sure everyone was where they needed to be. It was UNBELIEVABLE! She is such a superstar. Such incredible, positive, and magnetic energy! I cannot recommend her enough. She's a living saint. Just do yourself a favor and hire her ok?!

I thought that my venue requiring a day of coordinator was the dumbest thing I'd heard, but Cassie earned every penny the day of my wedding! She took the time to understand how I pictured my wedding day, and she made it happen! I was able to sit back and take in the day and really enjoy it because Cassie was taking care of directing vendors, guests, the wedding party, everything! On top of how amazing she is at her job, she is also one of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever met. If Cassie is available for your wedding date, hire her immediately!

So thankful for everything Cassie did to help make our day run smoothly and allow my family to simply enjoy the day! She recommended my husband and I take some time and relax for a few minutes before the reception and it ended up becoming such a sweet part of our day. If you’re debating on having a day of coordinator—it’s absolutely worth it—and I would pick Cassie every time!! Thank you Cassie!!

Cassie at Honeyhill Weddings was hands down the best thing we ever did. I was hesitant to hire a planner because I thought I could 'do it all myself'- while it is possible, working with Cassie to plan made our day so much better. We ran into a couple significant challenges when planning and she was always positive and quick with many possible solutions - especially when we had a huge time crunch. She has such an incredible presence and personality that she made wedding plan so much fun and helped me breathe easier through it! When it came to the day-of, Cassie proved especially invaluable. The day would not have been nearly as smooth and enjoyable if it hadn't been for her lovely personality, smile, initiative and calm. She always had everything under control which meant I could at times simply sit back and enjoy and be present. My bridesmaids absolutely fell in love with Cassie's personality and presence- she truly elevated our event but also our joy and experience. She is hands down the best!

Cassie was such a wonderful wedding coordinator! She is friendly, organized, and supportive. She made our rehearsal dinner and wedding day run so smoothly coordinating all of the details and people. Cassie has great ideas and solid relationships with vendors. We would highly recommend her and her team!!

Leading up to the big day Cassie kept us all focused on the important things, she kept the bride calm. On the day of the wedding she and her assistant made sure we were all in the right place at the right time and that each of the vendors and the venue were in perfect order. I am not sure how they were able to be in so many places and keep a large wedding party on schedule, but they did. I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. Thank you Cassie.

Cassie is the best human being I have ever met and the most incredible wedding planner and day-of coordinator. She helped us every step of the way and made our extremely complicated, 2-day, destination wedding celebration seamless, easy, and fun. I have two sisters who both got married in the same year. One worked with Cassie and one didn't. The one who didn't needed so much help from family and friends the day of the wedding that hardly anyone had the chance to relax from morning til night. With Cassie around to help my other sister on her big day, every thing went smooth as butter!
