What a GREAT host hotel! Very easy to work with and they went out of their way to meet all our request and needs. Beautifully renovated inside and out.

We used this Homewood Suites for room blocks on our wedding weekend and could not have been happier! The grounds and interior are gorgeous and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We had welcome bags for all the out of town guests and the front desk had a great system for making sure these were distributed. All of our guests who stayed here had great things to say!

I stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite the night before my wedding with my family and the bed was extremely comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping (and anticipated this especially the night before my wedding), but I slept like a baby! The breakfast buffet was great for free breakfast and all the staff we encountered were wonderful! It was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The only criticism I have is that I wished they had a bar. They have a snack shop with beer and wine for sale, so we still hung out in the lounge area that night, but it would have been nice to have a bar in the lobby!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Homewood Suites in Cary. We rented their banquet room. It was a quick and easy process to do the walk through and chose our linens. The room was so nice and the hotel was recently renovated so everything is fresh and new. I would have given 5 stars, but the communication was difficult at times. The original person we worked with left the company and we were passed around to a few different people during the months before our wedding. Once we were able to get a hold of the person we needed to speak with, she assured us that everything was in place and the dinner turned out to be a fabulous event. I would use them again if I needed a large room to hold a gathering.

We just celebrated our daughters wedding at Homewood Suites in Cary on Sept. 3, 2016 and the staff was very helpful with so many of the details of planning. We used the patio for the ceremony and the reception was upstairs both were just beautiful. Our planner Marie was with us every step of the way to help and advise. Homewoods supply's many of the finer details that we all think of when planning a wedding the chairs for the patio potted plants placed for us, decorations all we did was ask and it was done. For the reception tables, name tags, linens, table decorations, candles silverware everything, you name it and it was all done exactly as discussed at our final meeting with Marie. Homewoods provides almost all of these things or you can bring in your own and simply tell them how you'd like them placed or set and its done. No problem. Easy and stress free for our bride and her groom and the parents and families of both as well. They had vender options to choose from that they've worked with and trust or you can choose your own. So that's just the ceremony and reception and you would think that that's all that really matters for such an important day but I can't say enough about the clean beautiful rooms, very comfortable to say the least. We had many family and friends book rooms for the weekend and they also enjoyed their rooms, the exercise room and the cozy lobby was almost like sitting around in your own living room chatting and enjoying time with friends and family many whom we hadn't seen in some time. Then again to the lobby to come together for a great breakfast each morning.
If you're looking for a nice warm place to celebrate a wedding or any gathering we highly recommend Homewood.
The most important thing was our daughter and new son in law were very grateful for what they called a perfect wedding day/weekend and couldn't thank us enough so in return we say thank you to Marie and all of the staff at Homewood Suites. Sincerely, The Donnelly's

I blocked a group of rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Cary for my out of town guests.

All of the guests appreciated the hotel, the pool, the comfortable beds, and how clean it was. And, just about all of them commented on how low-class and unfriendly the front desk staff was. It was like they were staying at a 5 star resort with 1 star customer service.

Also, only about 2/3 of my guests received their welcome bags, despite there being notes in the system to give the guests welcome bags.

Bottomline, great hotel, terrible front desk staff. They need to invest in making some better hiring decisions and put some higher-quality people out front.
