The center provided a janitor for basic maintenance (trash disposal, oven operation, etc.) and a security guard (at a cost of $140 for the night, 7 hours total). I believe it is only be available to residents of the town but if you can get access to it, I highly recommend the venue. We had our ceremony at the nearby gazebo that is wired for electrical and we used a keyboard and mic system supplied by an audio engineer friend of ours. The venue also has tables and chairs for the hall (we rented chairs for the outdoor ceremony, however). We also had to supply our own catering (which we had pre-made and delivered) and plates, silverware, etc. The security guard was needed since we were serving alcohol. It may have been overkill but we purchased a third party insurance policy for the event (since alcohol was being served and in case there was any property damage or medical issues). All in all we received many compliments and the night went off without a hitch. I will say that since the venue was just that, there was alot of work involved on our end. Nothing that our groomsmen and some additional (paid) helping hands couldn't assist with. Gina was our contact for all things planning and execution and she was a pleasure to work with.
