About this venue
Hickory Hills Recreation Area is a wedding venue located in Traverse City, Michigan. Owned and operated by the City of Traverse City, it is nestled on 125 acres of beautiful wooded terrain. The grounds have been best known for its ski hill operations in the winter, but since the new lodge build in 2018, the City can now offer the lodge as a venue for special events. Hickory Hills Lodge is surrounded by green space that contains two outdoor firepits and is only a short path away from viewing both East and West Bays. The perfect backdrop for some event photos.
