We hired Henderson Studios to do the videography for our wedding ceremony. We paid in full prior to the wedding date. On our wedding day, no one from Henderson Studios showed up at our ceremony. We did not receive a phone call saying that they would not be there and they did not arrange for anyone else to cover for their company. The company knew which wedding planner we were working with and they also did not contact her. Caught up in the excitement of the day, we didn't realize that they didn't show up until later that day. When I returned home from Savannah (it was a destination wedding), I still had not heard from the studio. I contacted my wedding planner and she emailed the company. We have received a full refund, an apology and an offer to do a video of our still photos to music for free. We are obviously very disappointed. A video of photographs does not replace the fact that we do not have a video of our ceremony. We cannot watch our vows again, I can't review the cute entrance of my flower girls and I cannot see a close up of my husband's face when he first saw me.
