Henderson Castle includes the entire grounds which sprawls out over four acres of gorgeous manicured land. Henderson Castle is home to an 11,000 square foot Queen Anne style mansion which offers a blend of architectural and artistic antiques. This mansion has been renovated over the years to feature modern amenities while still maintaining its historic charm. Some of the modern amenities offered by this mansion include heated marble floors, wireless internet, a sauna, a steam room, and a rooftop hot tub. The delicate artistic details include crystal chandeliers, stained glass windows, and fiber optic accents. This bed and breakfast makes for a lovely space to stay for you, your loved one, and select guests throughout the weekend of celebration. The entire grounds, both indoor and outdoor, can be utilized for all kinds of events including a bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Henderson Castle is happy to host special events with up to 200 guests.

History
Henderson Castle was originally established in 1895 by Frank Henderson, a well-known businessman in the Kalamazoo area. It had been a long standing dream of his to build a large estate on an undeveloped piece of land. He requested help from engineers, architects, and many other professionals to make his dream a reality. He enjoyed the estate through his death in 1899 and his wife resided there until 1908. Since then, Henderson Castle has had 9 different owners.
