Working with Lauren from Hello, Darling! Wedding + Event Hairstyling was seriously a dream come true for my wedding hair. When I first saw her site, I was pretty sure that I had found someone who knew the style I was going for (ethereal, romantic, refined, and fun). But, once I e-mailed with Lauren and then met her for a trial run, I knew that she was a keeper! I could not have dreamt of a better person to do my hair on my wedding day. She is the sweetest, most kind, and talented hair person I have met. She really knows her stuff and makes the process so enjoyable.

On the trial day, I was still unsure of what I wanted to do for my hair - down, up, or half-up, and Lauren helped me choose a hairstyle that I adored. She basically nailed what I had been hoping for but did not think was even possible! An effortless updo that was not stiff or overdone. My hair trial day was one of the highlights for me leading up to the wedding because I was so concerned about my hair, and I did not know I could love it so much! Also, I had so much fun talking with Lauren at the trial, and on my wedding day I felt like a friend was doing my hair because she is so easy to talk to and really cares about her clients.

Since the first e-mail I sent, Lauren was super responsive and flexible and went above and beyond to make sure that my mom, sister (the MOH), and I all felt beautiful and comfortable. She made sure that all of our hair concerns were addressed (as we do not have the easiest hair to work with), and all three of us were more than amazed with how she made our hair look! She also got two other great girls to do my bridal party's hair. I would highly highly recommend reaching out to Lauren for your wedding! I can't wait to have another excuse for her to do my hair! :)

After putting attention to the many other details of wedding planning, it was tough to research and find a good hairstylist. But gratefully, I remembered a friend using Lauren a few years ago.

When it comes to wedding/event hair, Lauren is the whole package. From our very first contact, she was extremely attentive and sweet. Further, her ability to style hair is top notch. Even through a quick survey of her work, you can see how well she styles hair.

On the day of the wedding, her professionalism was evident. Although wedding updos are more common for wedding hairstyles, she achieved my request to have it down. With patience, she took time to style not only my hair, but my mom's also.

Simply put, Lauren is fantastic! I would call her again in a heartbeat! :)

Lauren is absolutely positively the most amazing hairstylist ever. So glad I chose her after having several options. She was personable and nice but she knew what she was doing and in fact did an excellent job.
