For me presentation was important in my cake, and they were able to create a breathtaking cake with beautiful ruffle icing on four-tiers, and an added decoration of fresh flowers at my wish. Not only was I completely happy with the ease in which they were able to realize my vision, but I was BLOWN AWAY by the flavor. I ordered Bavarian cream and tiramisu cream filling and it was hands down the best cake I've ever tried. After the final guest count, I saw that I ordered way more cake than people, but that didn't stop the cake from disappearing. Everybody loved it. I loved it. My mouth is watering just remembering the taste. With high quality and professionalism, this cake was the only perfectly flawless service during the whole wedding!

The cake was to beautiful to eat and most important tasty. We could not believe it was all gone, everyone talked about how wonderful it was. We had to get another small one for ourselves. Kathy was great and very professional.

Kathy's cakes are to die for! So moist and rich, we had people saying it was the best cake they have ever tasted in their lives! I think that is about right. We had a cake tasting with Kathy at her office and we chose our flavors there. She is very accommodating when choosing flavors and the cakes are just top notch. We opted for a naked, drip cake and it was beyond beautiful. Definitely Pinterest worthy!
I will have to add however, at times it was a bit of a waiting game when trying to reach her for order changes, and a slight disorganization in communication. Our order included regular sized cupcakes and we got mini cupcakes instead which was a bit of a bummer because we would have ordered so many more! In the end, it didn't really matter as everyone was thrilled at how delicious it all was, plus she did refund us back the difference. All in all, we are happy in having chosen Heavenly Bite Bakery and can't thank Kathy enough for our gorgeous wedding cake!

Thanks to Kathy who did a wonderful job to make our event so special - we hired her for my daughter's 1st B'Day cake, cup cakes and Cake pops.

Everything was perfect and she was very professional about delivering it to us along with making sure everything is set perfectly.

I hired Kathy for my wedding because I had a dream of a cupcake tower with a small groom's cake on top decorated with lots of sunflowers. She created 40 sunflowers using fondant (I think) to decorate my sunflowers and my little top cake. The price is really good--the best I could find including distance, the customized sunflowers, the cupcakes, the top cake, and the cake stand. We had a tasting at her home, and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. We went with two flavors for the cupcakes: chocolate with chocolate frosting and vanilla with vanilla frosting. There were no leftovers! My husband and I opted to eat our cake now instead of waiting until a year later, and it was really good. If you're a frosting junky, the frosting was really good. I didn't like the taste of the sunflowers, but then again, who likes the taste of fondant?

The only thing that had me really concerned was that the day of the wedding she showed up at the time of the ceremony! We had scheduled to have her come in earlier than that. It all worked out and the food was delicious, so I guess that's all that matters. Also, we had to go to her to return the cake tower and it was kind of hard reaching her regarding when and where to meet up to return the cake tower. But again, it all worked out--and she was really sweet.
