am a very Type A person, who likes to have control of her situations. I also have a lot of anxiety (which is undoubtedly related). After a year of planning, uncertainty, postponing, emotional trauma, replanning, and more uncertainty, we just wanted what everyone wants for their wedding- to feel like it’s their day. Hayley literally made that happen for us. I cannot tell you how much Hayley’s services and help meant to me during that last couple months. We had booked her day of services in 2019, prior to the pandemic and were grateful that she was able to transfer dates when we postponed. Once we actually started working with her (about 2 months out), we realized how invaluable she was! She took care of every last minute detail and took so much of the scheduling/timing/organizing burden off of me. Since we had already booked our vendors and planned everything, our wedding was absolutely our vision and still felt very personal- Hayley just brought it together and made it actually happen! Hayley dealt with my neurotic emails and texts with so much kindness and optimism I felt “taken care of”, from contracts to weather. I didn’t have to handle any of the day-of stresses of what’s being delivered/arriving/needs to park or unload/who needs to be where when/etc. I could just “show up” to my wedding day and genuinely enjoy it. She was always professional and fun to work with. All of our vendors and family commented how great she was! I can’t thank her or recommend her enough to anyone looking for day of planning services. She’s truly a gem.

OMG if you have not hired Hayley, I don’t know what you’re doing! She was seriously a godsend! My wedding would not have been possible without her and we are truly thankful. We can’t say enough great things about Hayley! We had known Hayley through a friend, and knew that she did wedding coordination, so we decided to meet with her. After our initial meeting we KNEW we had to have Hayley coordinate our wedding. I would consider myself an organized person, but I knew the months leading up to our wedding would be busy and I didn’t want to have any added stress leading up to our wedding and the day of. Hayley was with us every step of the way from the moment we booked with her. She gave us vendor recommendations on our remaining vendors, answered all of our random questions, and was a sounding board for all of our ideas. Starting at about 6 weeks out, we basically handed everything over to her to finalize. We met with her in person several times, and she created a complete minute by minute timeline, contact sheets for vendors, family, and wedding party, and lists for just about everything. Hayley answered all of our emails and texts promptly and made sure to check in frequently. Our wedding day was perfect - if anything went wrong, we had no idea because Hayley took care of it from start to finish. She even stayed throughout the whole reception and made sure our decor and gifts were packed up and sent home with the appropriate people. Many of our vendors even said they had never worked with a wedding coordinator that was so organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend Hayley to anyone who wants a stress free and perfect wedding!

Hayley! I am a type A person. I'm extremely organized and didn't think I needed a coordinator, but my family and friends convinced me that a day of coordinator would help to ensure the day ran smoothly and stress-free. I would hire her 1,000 over. Having Hayley allowed me to be relaxed the weeks leading up to the wedding as she took care of all of the finalizing emails with our vendors. She ran our rehearsal. She answered everyone's questions and thought of the things I forgot. On the wedding day she bounced around between our venues ensuring that everything was set up, she got everyone where they needed to be at the right times, and she kept the day running smoothly. We couldn't have done it without her, and her work allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of the day. I highly recommend hiring Hayley!

I simply cannot put into words how amazing Hayley is. I wish I could give 100 stars on this website. Hayley absolutely killed it! The help and support she gave my now husband and I during the whole planning process is priceless. She was the best decision we made. Any bride looking for a day of coordinator NEEDS to hire Hayley. Not only is she so kind but she's so good at what she does! She gave us her undivided attention and made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with(which I know is not the case!). She always responded so quickly and offered her support in any way she could. Not only was she my coordinator, but she also became a friend.

Our experience with Hayley Hawkinson exceeded our expectations and truly made our day-of wedding planning experience as stress free as possible. Right from the get-go, she was eager to meet us and learn more about our story and got to know us on a more personal level, which we think made a world of difference in regards to her suggesting certain ideas for our wedding day. Although her marketing materials listed out a set of duties for her to perform as a wedding coordinator, we were blown away by her willingness to go above and beyond the expectations she set to help make our special day the wedding we had dreamed of. On top of all this, her pricing is unprecedented, as she was the most cost effective option given everything that did for us leading up to and the day of our wedding. Wow! Where to even begin with Hayley. Our 9-8-18 wedding was at my now husband’s family property and the day wouldn’t have been possible without Hayley and her expertise. The day was absolutely perfect and flowed seamlessly. Looking back, I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Not only did she organize the entire day, but she also made sure all of our other vendors were in order. She was always there to answer any question through the planning process as well. She has such a calm demeanor, which always helped ease my nerves. We had 10 bridesmaids and groomsmen, as well as a huge family and she always made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She also made sure we got all the photos captured that we wanted to. Hayley listened to us and was a huge part in making our wedding day the best day ever. We can’t thank you enough! ❤️

Hayley coordinated my daughter's wedding. She was simply amazing, I can highly recommend her for any event, not just weddings. Before the day, I thought we had covered everything, but quietly and confidently, Hayley was on top of everything we hadn't thought of, and more besides. The pre-event meetings were very thoughtful and productive, the rehearsal was perfect, and Hayley somehow made sure that everyone knew what they should be doing. The day of was purely magical. The brief version of this review is that Hayley is incredible and you should hire her to coordinate/plan your wedding immediately. Hayley was the best decision my husband and I made during the wedding planning process. We happened to be referred to her by our wedding venue in Chicago and from the very first interview call Hayley exceeded our loftiest expectations. On top of doing an excellent job of project managing every single detail of our wedding in the weeks before the event, Hayley was great at navigating our personal preferences (which were numerous) and was an incredible in-person presence at our wedding. We had a couple of family conflicts during our rehearsal and Hayley was an exceptional mediator and was careful to toe the line between being a helpful support and diving too deep into family relationships. She also responded to all our emailed questions within minutes with detailed and extremely helpful responses. Every single one of our family members and guests who interacted with Hayley commented on her helpfulness. She's wonderful!

OMG – Seriously, I have no clue what Aaron and I would have done without you! Your delivery was exceptional when it came to following up on commitments and responsibilities that you made, which by the way, far outweigh what I even imagined a “Day of Coordinator” would provide. As a bride who worries about “what could go wrong,” I was never made aware of a single thing that didn’t go as planned that day, until after. Considering it turned out to be a much hotter day than expected and we nearly ran out of beer in the first two hours, but because of you this didn’t happen. Instead, you took initiative and ran to the liquor store to buy more which was a HUGE relief for everyone involved!
Whenever we asked for your suggestion, you gave well thought out pro’s and con’s to our options that we hadn’t even considered, helping us to make the best possible decisions for our wedding day. Overall, we were both BLOW AWAY by your professionalism, organization, detailed questions, approachability, and thoughtfulness to making every situation thrown your way, flawless.
