I was referred to this hairstylist by a friend, she was relatively responsive when giving quotes and exchanging ideas, but once it was time to schedule a trial, she became the flakiest person I've ever met. She cancelled my first trial appointment with only a few hours to spare, scheduled a second, which she then rescheduled, and on the third I showed up to the salon and she had overbooked another appointment at the same time, and when she wasn't there 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, I said 3 strikes you're out and left the salon. This being about 3 weeks before my wedding (given all the other cancellations), I was panicked. The salon owner gave me her card to call and try to find another stylist, but I was so disappointed in Alexis that I didn't want to go back to a salon that would support someone like that. My sister ended up just doing my hair on my wedding day. Horrible experience with this vendor. Stay far away.
