Before I started wedding dress shopping I went through all the bridal salons in the area and found a few with great reviews, HH Couture included. I was very excited to come here and look for a wedding dress because all of the amazing reviews they had. After visiting HH Couture I honestly don't know how they have all of those amazing reviews.
When we first walked in the woman working (who I am assuming is the owner Yolanda, I don't remember her ever giving us her name) said to pick out dresses myself, which I really didn't mind, but all the other salons I went to picked dresses for me. When we went to try them on, the fitting room curtain was broken and the curtain was just flung over the railing. That didn't make me feel very secure in my room. Then I was expecting for her to start helping me into the dresses and pin them for me, as every other salon had done but she just stuck me and my MOH in the room and expected her to do everything. We had no idea how to get these dresses on because they're so big and we definitely didn't know how to properly pin them to get the full effect of the dress. When we asked for help, Yolanda seemed genuinely irritated that she had to put down her phone and help us out. This behavior lasted the entire appointment and honestly made me feel unwanted at this store. Also I should mention that Yolanda was the only person working, but literally no one walked into the store the entire time we were there.
It may have just been an off day for this location but after my experience here I will never return or recommend it to my friends. I am sad that the amazing weekend I had with my bridal party had to be brought down by my experience here. Hopefully next time they'll treat their brides with a little more respect and better customer service.
