We use raw ingredients to make everything from scratch at our McGaheysville location and have served at well over 50 different venues surrounding the Shenandoah Valley, VA. Our smoked meats are smoked on-site at our restaurant by a trained pitmaster, and our award-winning pork BBQ is pulled at your venue to ensure its freshness. We even provide an action station with a live caterer slicing smoked meats at your buffet table for no additional cost. And if it’s local ingredients you’re interested in or fare from a far-away land, our full-service restaurant is available for you to come and taste items 7 days a week. Our recipes are tried and true, but no request is out of the ordinary with us! If you can dream it up, our chef will create a meal designed specifically for you.

We also have an inventory of barware, china, glassware, flatware, and linens couples can use, which can be delivered and set up along with the main catering menu. We will also package, label, and communicate the location of your leftovers.

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert, and hors d’oeuvres can all be accommodated by us! We are always dedicated to the customer and invite couples to design their own menu, as well as allow them to bring in their own cake and/or alcohol. Possible serving styles include buffet, plated, and stations. Our catering team excels at cooking comfort food, but we can make anything your heart desires! We have a full bakery and a plethora of recipes that are chef-driven and made from scratch.
