Wedding Decorations in New York City

Corryn is an incredible potter who made the most beautiful floral vases for me and my bridesmaids. I knew I wanted to ask my best friends to be in my bridal party with something special and unique that they could keep forever, and these vases were absolutely perfect. Corryn worked so thoughtfully with me to make sure the design and colors were exactly what I envisioned. I wanted specific shades of pink, and she put so much effort into creating several examples for me to choose from. She was receptive to my feedback and truly wanted me to feel like a collaborator throughout the process. She also created beautiful clusters of flowers on the vases inspired by some of my favorite flowers. One of my favorite details was Corryn’s thoughtful idea to stamp “Bridesmaid” and “Bride” on the bottoms of each of our vases. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and I really appreciated her excellent communication throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the final result! All of my best friends absolutely loved their vases and were so excited to display them in their homes. I highly recommend Pottery Gaia for any specialty pottery pieces. Corryn is incredibly talented and a true joy to work with!

Mark and his team jumped in on short notice to create a beautiful ceiling design and installation, all at an incredibly reasonable cost. Will upload photos once we have them, but everything was just so elegant and beautiful. Really first rate all around!

We worked with Lumen Lighting (formerly known as C&C lighting) for our wedding at the NYBG Stone Mill on 9/14/24 and are so happy we did! We used them for uplighting both inside and outside, bistro lighting outside and dance floor lighting. We worked with Christopher throughout the process who is an absolute professional and made things so easy. We just gave him a brief idea of what we were looking for, he laid out the options which we selected from, and he executed it perfectly. Such a nice touch for our wedding day!!!

4/1/2018 I found NYC Wedding Lighting on Yelp and from the moment I contacted Benji for more information, I knew Benji and his team were the right vendor to help make my wedding look perfect! For those that are beginning the wedding planning process, having the best vendors that are effortless to work with make all the difference!!! We spoke to about 6 or 7 lighting vendors and narrowed it down to NYC Wedding Lighting. Benji answered all of my questions, from walking through the pricing to really trying to understand what atmosphere me and my spouse were seeking. What I really loved about Benji and his team is that they give you ideas on what is possible, while my wife and I wanted to a simple, but classy look, we really appreciate the ideas that Benji brought to the table. As you know, Benji has done events for Fashion Week - so you can 100% trust his ability to execute!!! On the day of my wedding (best day of my life), Benji surprised us with several extra lighting elements that we didn't even anticipate having. He really went above and beyond and really treated our wedding as if it was his own. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, his lighting really sets the mood for the evening and I am so grateful that he made not only the day of so wonderful, but the whole process was so effortless! You can 100% trust Benji and his team to deliver. I would stop your search for a Lighting Vendor now and just go with Benji!!!

We were thrilled to work with Jeff at Canal for our lighting needs at The Bordone LIC. He was professional and easy to work with, and he helped us get the job done in budget. He helped us figure out what we needed to light our blank canvas space to bring warmth with uplighting. He also advised us on lights we used in conjunction with our band to get the energy high out on the dance floor. Overall, great vendor to work with - would highly recommend.

Scott was my lighting savior for my wedding! I reached out with just a little over a month left until my wedding after having dealt with lighting vendors that were making difficult requests (ie. only being able to setup the day before, overpriced quotes). Scott was quick to respond and understood my vision right away. He was flexible in adjusting the proposal and was very reasonable with pricing. The lighting was absolutely gorgeous and nailed the vibe perfectly. On top of all that, Scott is extremely professional and incredibly nice! Thanks for everything, Scott - I will definitely recommend you to all my friends looking for a lighting vendor!

She did a great work for my 25th anniversary decoration. She is accommodating and has great ideas. She understood the theme very well and executed it nicely. I’ll definitely hire her again.
