About Hadden Estate

We host up to 200 guests (inside) or 300 guests (outdoors) per event, with the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor spaces as the day unfolds. Start the celebration outdoors on the Ceremony Lawn, framed by open sky and sweeping garden views, or say "I do" tucked between the manicured, vineyard-like rows of the Blueberry Field itself, an experience unlike any other venue in the region. From there, guests can spill into the Blueberry Lawn for a tented reception for up to 300, or gather under the Pavilion, our shaded, open-air space that doubles as a rain-plan backup without sacrificing the view of the fields beyond.

Inside, the Estate Room anchors the celebration at 5,800 square feet, with an antiqued red brick exterior, an open floor plan beneath custom chandeliers, and flooring built for dancing, so no floor rental is needed. A built-in stage keeps the party going for whichever band or DJ you bring in. Just beyond it, the Courtyard offers a romantic, Italian-inspired retreat for cocktail hour and rehearsal dinners, while the newly renovated Oak Room is a warm, intimate option for bridal luncheons, showers, or smaller gatherings.

Getting ready is part of the experience. The two-story Cottage is outfitted with hair and makeup stations for a relaxed, unhurried morning, and the secondary suite pairs an upstairs dressing room with The Pub downstairs for a pre-ceremony toast with your closest friends and family.

What's Included

Your venue rental includes full run of the estate's grounds (Lodge excluded), from welcome to send-off. Our team is happy to connect you with a curated list of local vendors, and your rental includes white padded folding chairs for the ceremony, natural wood crossback chairs for the reception, golf carts to move around the property with ease, and four 4'x8' natural farm tables for a showstopping estate table.
