We had a great tasting with them and really enjoyed their chicken pecan satays with apricot sauce. The were able to accommodate our budget and give us the cocktail reception we were looking for. They presented us with several plate options so we could decide on plates that were classy but still eco-friendly. We were able to select food that allowed the diabetic, celiac, vegetarian, and the rest of the guests to find food that suited them. We did wind up buying forks from Sam's Club because they were cheaper than renting them and GWCTD had no problem with this. Of the caterers we looked at, they offered us the most value for our money while still having tasty food. They had plates ready for us outside the reception so we could get a quick bite before we walked in and the basket of food to take to the hotel was very much appreciated. I heard no complaints about the food from guests later and was very happy with it personally.
