Gretchen’s ABS Cakes, Bakery, Café, Supplies & Catering was founded in the city of Mauldin, county of Greenville, SC in 1983.

We are a full service bakery that specializes in cakes for all occasions (from a 5 plus tier wedding cake to just about any type of sculptured design or artwork you can imagine).

We also provide full Catering options for your event with a wide selection of menu choices to match any tast or budget!

Also, We keep our display cases stocked with an array of fresh cookies, cupcakes, cakes, candies and many other delicious pastries, so you can stop in for a quick snack or grab something to go. We serve lunches daily that includes home-made soups/chili, hot and cold sandwiches and salads. Each lunch comes with a cup of fruit and complimentary desert cup which is different each day.

In addition we sell an array of bakery and decorating supplies. If we don't have the item on hand we can order it for you. We offer full service catering, any size from small corporate groups to large wedding parties. We have an assortment of cake stands, punch bowls, and other catering items available for rental. Delivery services are available upon request. We also offer cake decorating classes for beginners up to advanced levels.
