Flowers were beautiful, on time and much prettier than we expected..... He made a special arrangement without question and also provided Tuxes at a reduced cost for the groom and groomsmen. There was an issue with the ties (the wrong ones were delivered) however Tim corrected the problem instantly and the right bow ties were delivered in time.

I ordered a bouquet for my wedding this past weekend from Tim. I went to the shop a few months out with my husband and mother-in-law. I showed Tim a picture of a bouquet I liked online. He told me that most the flowers in the picture were fake. I told him my main concern was the bouquet be made with real flowers and that my biggest request was it was purple regardless of the flowers used. He assured us that it could be done and at a low cost.
Fast forward to my wedding, the bouquet was not at all what I requested. Although, the arrangement was beautiful it was all white. There was very little purple in the bouquet which was disappointing since that was my biggest concern and I was told it could be done.
While out of town my mother called to inform them that the arrangement was incorrect. Tim told her that it did not matter since he added flowers of higher value than what I had paid for and that no one has ever complained on him in 45 years. He told her he does not have the power to recreate a wedding so he is not sure what she expects of him. She asked for a refund in which he said he needed to call the owner to discuss the matter and hung up. My mother was very appalled with the lack of professionalism and manners displayed. I will never use this business again for any floral needs. I hope another bride does not experience a situation as this.
