We hired 2 schoolbuses to transport our wedding party and guests to and from the wedding venue. As far as I know, the bus taking the guests had no issues. However, the bus that was driving the wedding party was 20 minutes late picking up the groomsmen, which affected the entire schedule for the day and resulted in us missing important pictures with family at the wedding venue before the ceremony. Not a huge deal in the big picture of the best day ever, but was definitely noticeable. Unfortunately they require you to tip in advance so there is no incentive for the drivers to actually deliver good service.
