Grand Events Management (G.E.M) has been my go-to company for over fifteen years. And their work is outstanding. I met with the management to give them a feel for me and my personality. They planned my 70th Birthday party which was exquisite. G.E.M had carte blanch to present ideas to me based on their understanding of my invited guest, the hours of the event, the breadth of the experience I was seeking and my budget. And, G.E.M handled everything else. I was so impressed with the quality of the presentation, the staff and the concepts presented to me that I immediately retained them for a follow-up party. I have since utilized G.E.M for presentation of my tables at every annual Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club Coronation Ball. My guest marvel at the presentation of my tables, the concepts mixed with theme and color scheme variations. G.E.M has done milestone birthday parties for my every five years with very interesting variation, concepts and presentation. Their work is always outstanding, timely, within budget and totally impressive. Each time G.E.M handles a project for me, I am awed with the results. I now have a standing order with them to handle all of my events, without hesitation, because I know G.E.M will do an outstanding job for me about which I can be very proud!

Grand Events Management delivered exactly that a Grand Event! Their attention to every detail to deliver the highest service possible was top tier. Lines of communication were always open from the announcement of the wedding to even after the actual wedding. Kelly was there for the fitting helping with questions, setting up meet times so we stayed on the same page, giving a shoulder for tears after dresses didn't come in or came with the wrong size and color, making time to help with securing other dresses through other vendors or suggestions on fixing others that could be fixed and keeping all of us calm. I might add, I received the wrong dress, sent it back ordered another one that one was wrong and it came on the day of the wedding but I had bought a back up dress, then the backup appeared like it wasn't going to work, I went into full breakdown mode, Kelly being who she is answered the text @1245 that night after working setting up things for the wedding and rehearsal, and I say this and yes to brag because this woman so much on her taking care of business she had already reached out and found a shop to get me another dress ,less than a few hours before the wedding and offered to help me get ready with putting everything together. Her tips on how to make the dress work was on point and I was smiling the entire time because it worked out! Rehearsal was a breeze, Kelly and her team made sure to keep it professional but fun. Her comedy side to things definitely kept our nervousness at bay. Grand Events made sure the wedding started on time and that everyone, bridal party and guest were okay and comfortable. When I say this vendor covered everything it all was done. The decor was amazing ,the marching into the venue was on point, every angle for photo opportunities was achievable, the reset from the ceremony to the actual dance floor to serving time for everyone was smoothly executed. At no point did we feel lost because Kelly and her team were always there with a nod or reassuring word of support. Grand Events Management was absolutely amazing to work with! I knew that I needed an amazing event planner and decor expert to pull off a private event for Tina Knowles-Lawson during ESSENCE Festival Weekend and Grand Events Management was the perfect choice!
