We had the most easy going time working with Gillian from Grand & Wells for our wedding. She truly went above and beyond what we hired her for and we are so grateful for all of her time and effort she put into making our day go so smoothly! From bi-weekly meetings/check ins, to providing reassurance with set-up/decor, to making our wedding timeline, to providing us with packing lists/things to remember, to contacting all of our vendors, to making sure our tables, reception area, and ceremony site was decorated exactly how we pictured, to coordinating our ceremony, and everything in between, she did such an amazing job! She even lugged a ton of pumpkins and larger decor items to the reception site to set up for us :) She handled everything the day of the wedding and we did not have an ounce of stress when it came to those finer details. Would definitely recommend Grand & Wells for coordinating your big day! It was so worth it for us and took away a lot of the stress that comes with planning.

Gillian was so great as our day-of coordinator. She made sure that the day ran smoothly and handled all communications with vendors so we were able to relax and enjoy the day! Our meetings leading up to the wedding were also very helpful in setting finalizing our timeline and addressing general questions surrounding the wedding.

Gillian was amazing, she had so many unique ideas. We gave her our budget and she took the time to go over everything we wanted for our special day. We did not feel pressured and Gillian gave us the pros and cons to things we were undecided about. Gillian took the time and she really cared about us and her ideas were very helpful. We got everything we wanted to make our wedding perfect with a couple very creative ideas. I did not want to be like all the other weddings, and Gillian not only made that happen, but, I did not stress during our big day, I was enjoying our wedding ….my sister is getting married in a year, and I told her to ABSOLUTELY call Gillian first.
