My husband and I got married on March 17th and we ordered the lost perfect cake from Faba’s SWEETSHOP. The flavors were 100% on Point, as well as the most fluffiest delish buttercream. We had some many compliments on our cake and friends reaching out wondering who did our cake so they could also order. Not only was the cake fab, Monica is a gem as well to work with. She was prompt with responses and making sure that we got what we wanted for the best day ever.. if you are in the area and can have Faba’s part of your day, I would recommend not missing out.

Working with Monica at Faba’s Sweet Shop was an absolute dream. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and so detail-oriented—she truly cared about making sure everything was perfect for our day.

We ordered an almond cake with a light buttercream frosting (which was amazing) and also got six dozen cupcakes just in case, since almond cake isn’t super common. Well…turns out we didn’t need a backup plan—people were literally running to get more of the cake! It was that good.

We had 62 guests and ordered enough dessert for 95 people, just to be safe. By the end of the night, we only came home with three cupcakes—that’s how much everyone loved it. The flavors, texture, and presentation were all spot on.

Our Wedding cake from Goldies was perfect. The decoration was exactly how we asked it to be. For the flavors, we decided to get two different flavors as we had a two tier cake. The top tier was red velvet with cream cheese frosting and the bottom tier was a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache frosting. Both tiers were amazing and everyone loved them. The cake was gone in the blink of an eye. Everyone at the wedding kept telling us how good the cake was and that they had to go back for seconds.

We are really happy with how good the cake turned out to be and would happily recommend Goldies bakery to anyone in need of a cake!

We are amazed with the cake that Goldie’s Goodies provided for our wedding! We worked with the owner of the business, Sheree, and she was so professional, creative, detailed, and communicative throughout the entire process. I provided photos for what I wanted our cake to look like, and Sheree and her team replicated it perfectly. We decided on two flavors for our three-tier cake wedding cake (chocolate cake with a sea-salted caramel buttercream and vanilla cake with a chocolate American buttercream). I can easily tell you, this was the best cake we have ever had. All throughout the night we received compliments about the cake, and we eventually learned of how many people had gone back for seconds. We purposefully ordered a cake that was set to serve a larger number of guests than our final guest count so that we would have left-overs, but we learned at the end of the night that everyone had loved the cake so much that even the extra slices were gone! We had initially considered hiring a larger chain supermarket to do our wedding cake, and I am SO glad we didn’t. Goldie’s Goodies was the PERFECT bakery for our wedding day. Please support small businesses and hire Goldie’s Goodies. My husband and I promise you will not be disappointed! :)

I don’t like cake so I was going to do a dessert bar instead for my wedding reception. I looked into several options around Tampa and Goldie’s was the best value and had the most variety. Sheree was awesome to work with and I liked that she had the option to deliver and set up the dessert bar for me. Sadly, I had to cancel my Florida wedding due to COVID-19, and I am SO sad that I didn’t get to have what I know would have been an AMAZING dessert bar! I hope I’ll have another opportunity to hire Goldie’s again in the future!

This cake was probably my favorite thing about my wedding. My fiancé is indian and I wanted henna painted on my cake. I was very particular because I didn’t want to offend my husbands family. She didn’t disappoint! My mother in law loved the cake! I was blown away by it! It was so affordable too! I unfortunately didn’t get to eat much of it but everyone tells me it was amazing! I also got brownies for my grooms cake and my guests LOVED it! I’ve already recommended her to all my TAMPA family and friends! She will not disappoint! Also all of the henna was hand piped and painted by her. She is so incredibly talented!
