Gary was wonderful to work with! He made the reception so lively! He got everyone to dance and was a great announcer for the events.

We had our wedding at the Lairmont Manor where he was familiar and he had great input for where he should be to accommodate our needs (use of the stage). His expertise really shown through the entire process and was always professional and accommodating. When we needed to Skype him he was available to save us from having to travel to Bellingham.

He played our music at the perfect times and did well to make our first dance and father daughter dance go smoothly.

Gary did an incredible job at our wedding! Gary was so easy to communicate with and very organized. He was so flexible with his setup and start time, and worked with us to customize our package to have music during cocktail hour too. His friendly and upbeat attitude made us feel very comfortable and we could tell he was focused on making sure all our wishes were met and our guests were having a great time. Gary did an awesome job noticing what music our guests were really into so that not only was our dance floor packed but people were dancing all around the reception hall. Gary has done quite a few weddings at our venue, the Hotel Bellwether, so he has his setup dialed. You could hear all the speeches and music clearly and his transitions and introductions for special moments like the cake cutting and first dances were perfect. Thanks to Gary we didn’t have to worry about a thing that night, we could just relax and enjoy the party!

Picking a DJ is HARD. They hold so much weight on how the night will go and how engaged your guests will be and Gary and Linda knocked it out of the park. We went to a friend's wedding the year prior in which GMB entertainment was the DJ and had the best time. It was a no brainer to pick them for our wedding. If there was a problem during the night, I never knew about it, that's how good they are. Our guests danced all night, could hear the entire ceremony and they took requests left and right.

Gary Bird of Girl Meets Boy Entertainment was phenomenal as our wedding DJ! We found him based of a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! One of the pieces in planning our wedding that was really important to us was to have a killer dance party and Gary made sure we had a dance party that never stopped. Even our photographer commented when she left that we had way more people dancing, and for way longer, than most weddings she attends!
Beyond that, he was easy and comfortable throughout the planning process. He went above and beyond by making an extra trip down to meet with us and see our venue (nearly two hours away!) the week before the wedding. He shared in our excitement in making music selections, and did an excellent job of matching our suggestions with his own selections.
We received so many compliments from our guests during and after the reception that they had a blast dancing at our wedding and the credit for that goes to Gary. On top of it all, we found him to be an excellent value for all the services he provided. Thank you Gary!!!
