As my husband and I get ready to celebrate our first anniversary next weekend, I wanted to again thank Maria and her staff at Glorious Foods for their fantastic service they provided during our wedding last year at Trump Winery! The service and food was top notch! Everything was delicious and we still have guests commenting about the quality and taste of the food! Maria was very accommodating, flexible and easy to work with! We were able to come to her shop for a taste test and I knew without a doubt that she was going to be fantastic after our time spent with her and she was nothing short of that on our wedding day! Thank you Maria and staff at Glorious foods! We highly recommend Maria's catering service! You will not be disappointed!

Maria at Glorious Foods is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She and her staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND before, during and even after my wedding (my cake maker left her plates behind and even though they were accidentally thrown away, Maria gave her own plates to the baker for the misunderstanding). The food was TOP NOTCH delicious and the catering staff was beyond amazing. My guests are still talking about how wonderful each and every staff member at Glorious Foods was. Gina, Maria's manager, pulled through for me last minute when we were worried about impending rain. She was patient, kind, and so understanding of what I wanted for my special day. THANK YOU GLORIOUS FOODS for making my day PERFECT!!

This was the second time we have used Maria of Glorious Food for a daughter's wedding and again we were extremely pleased with everything . From the presentation, to the quality and taste of the food, everything was fantastic! We started out with several passed appetizers during the cocktail hour which were all delicious! I highly recommend the mini biscuits with Virginia ham! We had several stations consisting of chicken roulades, 2 pasta dishes with 2 sauces, a station with filet mignon and a mashed potato bar, a station with fresh shucked oysters and crab cakes and a station with vegetables. Maria also provided multiple sauces and condiments at each station as well. We had a plated salad at each setting for our guests when they first arrived in the reception area which was Maria's suggestion and that worked really well. At the end of the evening we had sliders for our guests. With all this food she provided, not one complaint from anyone. everything was absolutely first rate and delicious. All 200 of our guests commented how they thought this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and I certainly agree with them. You will not be disappointed if you use Glorious Foods.

Maria the owner is awesome!!! She is so sweet and nice!! Her food is melt in your mouth wonderfulness!!! My friends that are extremely picky ate everything she had to serve. My number changed a lot and she was always willing to change the count up to the week before!! Also, when my dad saw the menu a week before he wanted to add some appetizers and Maria had no problem doing that and was just so easy to work with and a pleasure to work with!! I know that the food at my wedding will be remembered for how GREAT it was and not for it being the normal hotel ballroom food!!! I wish I could have Maria cook for me everyday :)

Even a month after the wedding, guests are still talking about Maria's amazing food! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent and efficient. She also was very flexible and the final cost was extremely reasonable. I also loved that she made all of our dishes for a tasting before the wedding- delicious, beautiful, and a joy to work with!

Great to work with and very flexible! The food was great and service was better than I ever expected. Maria suggested the perfect menu that I only made a couple minor adjustmetns to, and it worked perfectly with my vision. We did have an issue with our vegetarian dish running out on the buffet... it was so good that everyone wanted some!

The service at our wedding was outstanding- all of the servers were friendly and went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had a great time. I later learned they gave the same service to our guests. I received many compliments on the food as well. Maria and her staff did a fabulous job and at an extremely reasonable rate. We offered quite a few meal choices and everything went over smoothly. At the end of the night the catering staff made sure everything was packed away and told me not to stay and clean up since it was my wedding. It was great to know the staff was there to do whatever needed to be done and with a smile on their faces :)

Maria's food is amazing and she is a "yes, can do" person. The problem is that she does not check to make sure that she can actually do the things that she promises, and we ended up having to pay for extra time spent by her staff and for additional rental equipment. Email is the recommended format for communication, as Maria's strengths don't lie in her organization. Other than that, Maria is a joy to work with and we would recommend her to anyone who also has a wedding coordinator or site coordinator to help her stay organized!

Maria was great to work with and created a delicious menu for our wedding, all of our guests raved about the food and it was overall a very successful event. When i walked into the reception, I was floored! The tables were set beautifully and everything seemed just right!

While the food was delicious and most of the service especially to our closest family and relatives was wonderful, I felt that their catering packages required more staff in order to pull off a seamless event. After going through this process, I've learned that is not something to ever skimp on!! I was a VERY prepared bride & had every detail from the floor plan, reception table set up, and cocktail hour instructions outlined the Glorious Goods staff and still there were many things missed throughout our special day. (Champagne Toast didn't happen as planned, glasses were not pre-set, dinner ran almost 45 mins past what our timeline, some of our back tables not getting dinner until almost 10pm, bar was left without staff multiple times throughout the evening).

If you go with Glorious Foods, make sure you have a very involved & direct wedding planner that can work to get in touch with Maria and her staff prior to your wedding day. Onsite, you will need your planner to be your eyes and ears because things you went through in detail will not be executed properly unless instructed. Make sure you schedule a meeting with Gina, Maria's event point person prior to your wedding. Gina showed up positive and ready to tackle the day, however she hadn't been involved in any prior meetings, phone calls or emails back and forth. She also didn't have any of the prep materials about set up printed before arrival so my planner felt that she was very lost from the start. She pulled off a great set up, but the preparation and communication aorudn timeline with her prior to my wedding could have been greatly improved.

Maria was great to work with for our creative food menu for our wedding! She is kind and very genuine. Our tasting was amazing and the things we asked her to change were fixed. Her responsiveness was slower than other vendors due to her limited staff. Otherwise, great food and service.
