Carly Wolert is a New York based, Make up Specalist with over 15 years of experience specializing in beautiful bridal makeup proms, fashion shows, and all other special events for of all skin tones. She also works in fashion, beauty, and music.
She was trained at Dutchess Boces Cosmetology and worked at JAG Hair Salon for 6 tyears as an assistant/make up artist. She then opened her own business as a freelance makeup artist at GlitzndGlamour. She works year round creating countless bridal looks for wedding parties in Dutchess County and throughout all of New York State, New Jeresey, Connecticut. Carly enjoys furthering her learning every year by updating her product knowledge and perfecting her craft in the newest trends of makeup artistry. A self confessed perfectionist, Carly is influenced by the anatomy of the face, color, texture, and differing moods; The atmosphere and the electricity of an environment, a smile, a look, and the way make up can convey thoughts and emotions. Her attention to the smallest of details and ability to create flawless seamless skin make her a firm favorite with photographers and brides alike.
Carly loves the opportunity to learn and be creative in a team environment on editorial and commercial work. She also enjoys glamming up wedding parties on their special day and teaching make up lessons to clients of all ages.
