Tonya did an amazing job with my hair, I absolutely loved it and received sooo many compliments! Although, she thought the appointment started an hour later than it actually did, so she was half an hour late, she still managed to get things done quickly and beautifully!

I paid $40 for my hair trial. April, the stylist that specializes in bridal hair, had a bad attitude during my trial. She answered my friendly questions with curt yes or no's and she seemed unhappy to be doing my hair. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was just having a bad day. I even tipped her $10.
While setting up the wedding day appointment, April informed me that her travel fee is $50. I was quoted $15 over the phone twice and online. She seemed very unhappy that I wanted her to travel to our venue.
On the wedding day, April arrived 1 hour late because she spent extra time on her previous appointment. Because of this, she rushed through my hairstyling so I wouldn't be late for my own ceremony. She only spent 20 minutes on my hair when she said she would spend at least an hour. Unsurprisingly, my hair did not look professionally done. The more I see in photos, the less satisfied I am with the final product.
I did not tip her the day of the wedding because I was very unhappy with the quality of service, as well as her lack of punctuality. I spent a total of $170 on uneven, bumpy, rushed, unprofessional looking hair.
